There was not a suitcase holding rack

Front desk personnel was very polite. The locacation was near to our event location. The place was maintain very clean.

I didn't see any sort of slice bread though they did have bagels. other than that I didnt find anything else that Ididnt like.

I hink i arrived around 930 pm. When I did arrive, bj or what his name was told me, I do know he's a service dog (I do have a service dog which is approve by ada), but we really don't allow dogs, just to let you know. I'm not saying anything, but I'm letting you know. Then I told him, well, you are saying something. I need my puppy and he made me feel very uncomfortable!!! My anxiety went through the roof. Not knowing if I'm able to stay or not, was horrible. This was a very bad experience!!!! Also, I was charged an extra fee which he couldn't tell me what it was for. He was too busy talking to someone about football and smoking

First room assignment had a non-functioning shower, but we were quickly relocated.
