The staff was nice and professional. Nice breakfast choices.

I paid for a king room and when I get there they tell me that you all over booked so they could not honor my request. I waited for almost an hour at the desk while they attempt to get it straight. I was them supposed to be upgraded to the 1 bedroom but sad told it was not available so I end up with 2 queen beds which I hate because I requested and paid for a king. The showerhead in this room was not cleaned and its clogged up so water was only coming out of some of the holes and it sprayed out sharp not to mention you can't make the showerhead go down any further there are no liners so the shower curtain is soaked along with the floor. I only had 2 towels in the room which I used to place on the floor to prevent so much water and a slip and fall.

I didn’t like that my room reservations I made a month was cancelled a couple hours before arriving from out of town. And no one even picked up the phone to call and say something. Not a lot of fun searching for a room late night after traveling all day.

I liked that the bedroom had a different temperature control than the rest of the suite. It was nice to receive a gift. Was given small water bottle, breakfast/snack bar and a cookie. That was a nice touch. I liked that there was a kitchenette with a microwave and range.

I am older and a little unsteady so I needed more than one handle to hold onto in the shower. Everything else was good.

Honestly there wasn't anything to not like, everything from check in to check out was beautiful, the staff was great I mean I haven't seen this type of service in a hotel in a while because sometimes you get either or bad service and a descent room or good service and a horrible room.

there was trash all by the pool, pool was absolutely awful due to very high turbidity which made the pool VERY cloudy so NONE of our group was able to get into the pool at ALL

my husband’s card was swiped 4 times with a charge of 200.00 each and mine was swiped once with a charge of 200.00 and I was also charged the one night stay. I was told a refund would be given for all the extra charges and it hasn’t. I have called to speak with the manager a thousand times and I can’t even get a call back.
