The location was great…& the staff was very friendly & helpful.

It was a little more expensive than I would have liked.

In general everything was fine. I realize it was off season however I would like to see a larger selection of breakfast items. Also, reliable third party food delivery services.

The bathroom was too small, not enough counter space for items. The shower was very slow draining, it filled with a lot of water before the water became warm enough to shower. On the last morning of our stay, the TV had no reception (constant “no signal” message). Tried turning the TV on and off several times but no luck. We needed important weather information, very disappointing, irritating.

No breakfast and the coffee was good, although it seems most places have a complimentary coffee set up in the morning and I missed that.

The heating system was horribly loud. It woke me every time it kicked on.

Bookings.com could have informed us of Marriott policy not to give rooms to residents 20 miles and less of ther hotels in Hyannis. We had to go through hoops to stay in the hotel (Gold member too) due to these restrictions plus they tell us I may not receive my Points because I used Bookings.com
