We have stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. This is why we chose to stay again. However this time, our stay was not as good. Our bed was very uncomfortable. When we laid down on the bed, we both rolled to the middle. Around 2 a.m., we finally got up and rotated the mattress. It helped. We no longer rolled to the middle, but it was still uncomfortable. We also found a dirty sock on the desk chair in our room. It wasn't ours. We hadn't used that chair until the next morning which is when we discovered it.

Everything is worth a reward actually! Exceptional stay..

The bed was comfortable.

Air conditioning was so noisy every time it ran. The bathroom door squeaked every time you opened or closed it was awful!!!!!

The people, the pool-although small-, the grill and the fact that it is across the street from the grocery store made it worth staying.

The pots and pans were so bad with burnt on food that we asked for a new set and they were just as bad. But, they had an outdoor grill and that is what we used to cook.

we hit a text stating we can pick up our keys as we were already checked in online. but, no it’s an error and no rooms available. too pricey for a place that the hallways are not well kept. there’s rubbish that’s been there overnight until daytime. the tub is not draining well, the water becomes stagnant up to your ankles while taking a shower.

Room with sofa bed was too small that when sofa is unfolded it does not fit the spot, we had to leave it not unfolded completely. There is no way to walk around it. We didn't get any sheets to it, had to ask and wait, even we mentioned the amount of guests. Bathroom miscellaneous was limited to one piece of soap. Towels were worn. When we came the receptionist was sitting outside smoking, disgusting.. Breakfast was extremely limited.

We booked the one bedroom and it was very spacious. Staff was wonderful. Location was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good.

They accept pets but there is a $100 NON REFUNDABLE pet fee which seems a bit steap to me. The queen bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable and the sleeper sofa was pretty much all springs. My sister who was to sleep on the sleeper sofa found the floor more comfortable.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great.

I stayed Fri-Mon and they didn't tell me that breakfast ended at 9am not 10 on weekdays so me and my 3 year old missed breakfast the morning we were leaving.

Nice location, nice looking building, wonderful staff, had what was needed if you were going to be a long visitor.

I didn’t report it but the bathroom door to our room did not close. Was there for such a short time it didn’t matter.

Pulled down the bed covering and found blood on the blanket.....NOT good

Room was large and comfortable - would work for an extended stay with lots of closet space. Next to golf course which gave an open feel to property. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was limited (possibly due to covid restrictions) but adequate for what we needed.
