The pool/hot tub was a fantastic time for my family we had a lot of fun! The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very nice!

The beds weren't super comfortable, but it was a good time still!

I didn’t like that the room .. we have already picked in the booking app wasn’t the same one we got ! we ended up in a smaller room without a notice when I came at 2 pm they said the house maid wasn lt ready and they didn’t have any rooms available ! oh AND the charged my card TWICE it was supposed to be a good relaxed day and the workers over all ruined it !

Our room didn't have a very fresh smell.

it was on our route and was located right next to the Cracker Barrel. it also had outside plugs so that I could charge my car. Tesla destination chargers would have been nice.

Price is too high for the "run down" place.! There was rust & peeling in the bathroom. Pool is in bad shape! Hot tub didnt work. Curtain was half way falling off the window. Place is definitely not worth over $100 a night .

When you could find a staff member, they were friendly, but most of the time you couldn't ever find anyone.

This was not like the other Fairfields we have stayed at. We have loved the last few and were excited to stay again as we were so impressed with the last few. This place was disappointing; it was run down and dirty. The pool was run down and looked a little sketchy, and the hot tub was out of order and had greenish water still sitting in it. The elevator was dirty, and our room had a weird smell to it. The breakfast was very disappointing! The last 2 Fairfields we have stayed at have had a great breakfast, an oatmeal bar, lots of toppings, and a waffle station. This Fairfields breakfast options were less than desirable! The parking lot was dark, and we often saw cops driving through the parking lot. Honestly, the Red Roof Inn, which sits behind the Fairfield, looked like a much nicer hotel from the outside.

I have really no complaints, everything was good, the staff were friendly there breakfast was good,the rooms were clean, pool was at a great temperature, the hot tub was up and sum what working the only reason for that is due to waiting on a pump to come in for the jets, they do there best to make your stay good.

Breakfast and room were great.

Pool had water puddles all over the cement. Noone could stand without getting shoes wet. Hot tub waS half full and cold. No towels kept in pool area.
