The Man at the front desk didn't know what he was doing. He charged my card and he shouldn't have. They where not helpful with the problem

For some reason they are under the impression Covid 19 is still around because they do not provide daily room cleaning or towels without request. With the price gouging that Omaha allows this time of year +$400/night, they should have staff to clean your room and change towels/linens daily Built in USB ports by bed did not work Was not told at front desk that shuttle service was availble, when inquiring about walking time to Charles Schwab stadium.

The friendly staff. Cleanliness of the entire building. Breakfast was delicious & the coffee was fantastic. Great location too. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Cleaner than hotel next door.

First room had bed bugs in the mattress. They did give us the chance to try another room. 2nd room did not have bugs and was clean, I will say I think first room bugs where dead but they were there in the mattress.

Good breakfast and great service, despite how busy it was the day of check in. Room was quite clean and spacious.

The check-in went smoothly and the front desk person was friendly and welcoming.

When I called for the shuttle from the airport I was told it would be 10 minutes. I called again after 30 minutes and the shuttle finally arrived after 60 minutes. Meanwhile, I was standing outside and freezing. There were no bath towels in the room, and the only coffee pods were decaf. The room next door had children and the noise was disturbing, better soundproofing between rooms is needed. I needed the shuttle to go back to the airport very early on departure. The person at the front desk in the morning was rude when I asked about when it would be there to pick us up. Other travelers should be aware that the hotel is in an area out of the city near the Omaha airport. There isn't a restaurant on premises and none within walking distance.

great location

website showed a lovely room with a great lounge chair in the room but in reality it was just a hard short chair. i usually have to sleep in a recliner so when I saw the add on the website I reserved the room but was saddened that that kind of chair wasn’t there so I got a poor nights sleep that night
