Nothing. Between the very shady, creepy people hanging around the lobby and outside we weren’t sure if our car was going to be there. Room was a disaster. burn holes in comforter, no light bulbs, no handles on heater faucet handle broken I was looking for bugs as it was just not a good place. Only thing good, bed was at least comfy or we were just exhausted. Advertised a free breakfast with room, there was nothing. Not even coffee in the lobby

The room was perfect. Exactly what we were looking for. Clean, too!

Thw location was great in being close to my daughter and family.

Got to the facility to check in and no receptionist. Called the number and they contacted a lady who came downstairs to check us in. The regular receptionist failed to show up on time. The key machine was broke so had to be let into our room each time. Being a holiday weekend we expected much better service. Wiil not stay there nin the future.

I stay here very often. Number one reason is the lady at the front desk remembers me and knows my name

I didn't feel safe with parking lots feel empty. Security door look damages. Plus nobody was at the desk to use phone to contact them when i am there and i can't because i was Deaf. Morning breakfast did not good have any choices. Help yourself with gallon jug and large open coffee pot. Not germ control. Wife was handicap and can't step over the bathtub for shower.

front desk person was very courteous and professional

room was dirty. I really looked like it hadn't been cleaned. There was only 1 towel, no replacement toilet paper. Obvious water damaged ceiling in the bathroom and also flacking and pealing paint in the main room. Handles falling off night stand. very disappointed. I didn't expect a luxury hotel however, clean and stocked for guests would have been nice.

That I didn't have to go outside in the cold to smoke.

I was double charged the deposit, the hotel tried to tell me it was my bank when it clearly said on the bank statement that it was from quality inn. We had decided to come early @ 6am on the day of our reservation, called the hotel, spoke with them and was given the ok to come. I spoke with the lady about it and had it all worked out, the extra night ( because it was before 3pm check in )had to be a double bed room and later in the day for our reservation we just come and ask for the room switch at noon. I go down to the front desk and a gentleman there , he tells me I have to wait til 3pm to check in, that I needed to pay another deposit (even though they had a double deposit from the night before) and the room but tells me that the room I reserved was NOT available! What?! I thought that was the whole point of a reservation, to make sure it was available when you wanted it ! It was the WORSE experience I've ever had with a hotel. It was one problem after another. All I wanted was a night away from the kids with my husband for his birthday that was budget friendly. The broken windows in the room, I had to run the heat on high to keep us warm when we was there. We ended up spending alot of time in our vehicle enjoying small rides around town instead of in a room to ourselves. I will NEVER come back here.

It was a very good stay at times I have spent it there and the staff was very nice and beyond

The room they put me in first was not clean. Beds were not made trash all over. They put me in another room, and the mirror was on floor and the toilet was broke. When I told the person working she just smiled and said thanks. I was told it was smoking room which I requested, then the next day when I went to get deposit, the manager wasn't even on property, the lady who cleans room told me she would be back in 10 min, which didn't happen and then told me that I wasn't getting deosite back because I smoked to much. And that there was trash in room. When i left the room, it was picked up, all the trash was taken out to the dumpster and we were out by 11am. I believe the manager and maid kept deposit for them selves. The hole property looks ran down horrible customer service
