centrally located for all my needs. grocery, gas, interstate.

bugs in breakfast cereal. hair on bathroom floor and inside towels. paper thin walls could hear a party on our floor. elevator broken. pool broken. coffee extremely watered down. had to ask multiple times to refill coffee creamer pods and coffee cups. slamming of doors on our floor. While in the breakfast area, could hear gossip from front desk staff and housekeeping, extremely unprofessional. Staff was no help in help of finding of TV channels- the tv channel card in room not accurate. middle of week visit not a weekend, why was everything unattended to?

Convenient to where we were going.

A little hard to find,the desk person did know how to tell us to get there.

Shower did not work. I went downstairs early as I was travelling for a doctors appointment. Desk attendant, Valerie, was very rude.

Attitude of attendant was the worse I have ever had in any hotel.

In a convenient area. quiet street.

was promised late checkout as an “anniversary gift” from the staff of 1pm. they called at 11:20am and said we had 30 minutes to check out and that no late check out was promised:(

The staff were wonderful, friendly and very responsive to requests. Very Clean location, quiet and secluded, great facilities and amenities. Ask about a suite instead of just a room, you will like the extra space and comfort.

Breakfast items that were supposed to be hot were lukewarm, but the staff took care of everything. I have addressed these issues to management. Very comfortable breakfast area.
