How good the bed slept

It say one price on line than when you get there they make you pay more money than you agreed to online. And they do not wait til checkout before they try to clean the room they came an hour early and tried to come in the room when we was still in the bed

My hopelessly choise of this place. No break fast - even it was anonced as being inclusived. Among the reason, that we chose this place. The pool was a "no go"

The only good thing about this hotel is the location everything else is horrible. Not clean at all.

I was in town for a funeral I had worked all day then had to drive for hours to get to this hotel, so we arrived real late 2am and just went to bed. The next morning we went to funeral early came back and noticed roaches not just one they was all in the refrigerator I have pictures. when I went to front desk to change my room the lady at the desk told me I couldn't change rooms. We will never stay here again I just wish we wasn't so tired the first night and paid attention to the room.

I had a room that had mold in the toilet I had to clean the bathroom then later on that night something bit me on my leg it was bed a bug you're going to take the bug then I showed it to the manager he did I put the bug there in I want to buy as nobody stay there cuz the roads are nasty the beds have bugs in them in the management sucks can you try to overcharge you

Very dirty, roaches everywhere, bad area,poor pluming,bad lighting, bad wifi

besides the fact that I got charged more than my booking because the staff obviously didn’t know what they were doin the door looked like it was kicked in at one time there was roaches everywhere I had to stuff the blankets under the mattress so they wouldn’t climb up on the bed I took a shower they came out the creases of the shower and the floorboards I left early and I would NEVER go back or refer this place to anyone

Speedy and professional check-in.

Cigarette ash was on the bedside table. It was very difficult to block the window with the curtains, they did not overlap very well. The television picture was shrunk with a large black border around the viewing area.
