Everything, the location was so convenient to everything. Damian at the front desk was absolutely amazing and Kami at the restaurant was so helpful so pleasant and such a beautiful spirit I’m so grateful for such a great experience. also the cook did a fantastic job I don’t know his name but those teriyaki wings and cheesecake were absolutely amazing

Alle 2-3 Minuten Flugzeug Geräusche das von morgens ca 4 Uhr bis nachts 23 Uhr. Wer hier schlafen möchte hat schon seine Probleme.
Wie angeben das täglich gereinigt wird ist hier auch an der falschen Adresse. Fahrstuhl und Flur alles sehr dreckig. Eiswürfelmaschiene defekt. Klimaanlage sollte ausgelassen werden, sonst einfach zu laut. Die Nachbar hörst du durch die Dünnen wände und beim Check in sind 150 Dollar Kaution fällig.

Excellent customer service. All the staff was very friendly took their time to answer my questions, and also made me feel like I was at a home away from home.
I have nothing negative to say about the property however, there are no local quick convenience snack store stores, so make sure you do have a rental

It was not what we had expected
It’s location and it’s v basic amenities
There were no closable curtains in the room .
The hotel was shabby and tired.
We could not get food or hot drinks , after a long journey that would have been appreciated.
You had to pay for the car park?!

Close to airport.
I have stayed at Hotel Indigos in many locations around the country, but this particular property is in bad shape and needs to be refurbished. The restaurant was closed when we arrived and not open when we left so I cannot speak to that, but it looked outdated. The shower in our bathroom had mildew and hair along the edges. The floor in the bathroom and bedroom area felt sticky so I wore shoes when walking around.

Room was exceptionally large. Loved airport view. Despite being so close to the airport, the room was super quiet. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

One of the staff members (night before my trip) was not aware of the shuttle to the airport was running at the time I initially asked about. I found out the next day when I took the last option I had to make it on time to the airport.

Our third attempt at getting a room was pretty nice.
No parking was available on site. Gave us the keys to a room that was already occupied. Very scary situation when the women on the other side of the door started yelling at us.

while it was close and comfortable, I would never have booked the room for the rate I was charged, over $200. the rate I booked at was $111, but because I had to return earlier than expected due to my traveling companion falling, the rate was increased by $80. i had no choice bec I credit card was already charged the first amount.

It was a nice place to stay near Atlanta airport. The staff was friendly.
Make sure you get the correct Hotel Indigo. We drove 30 minutes downtown only to find out we were at the wrong Hotel Indigo. Someone said their are actually 4 of them.

Rooms were clean.
The staff couldn't find my reservation and weren't very helpful. Booking had my name backwards in system. Very condescending. Wouldn't stay there again

Breakfast was maybe not so much choice but very good and enough.

Loved the handsome urban chic feel… lobby and room!
Appreciated the free shuttle to/from airport.
All staff were helpful and extremely pleasant, provided great recommendation for dinner in walking distance (hotel restaurant was closed).
Room was great… clean, quiet, nicely decorated, bed was very comfortable.
Hot buffet breakfast was included… staff provided “to go” container so we could finish on shuttle.
