the lightbulbs were not working on half the lights

I stayed there with my son, my friend and her son for 2 weeks. I was at the front desk often, but they waited until the day before my last night there to tell me there was a charge of $5 per night per person for more than 2 people in a suite with a king size bed and a queen size sofa bed. No where in their paperwork does it list this specific fee, only place it exists is on a sticker on their computer monitor, and not even where a guest can see it. I am living in hotels at the moment, and really couldn't afford to drop $140 additional that I hadn't budgeted for, but can't be without shelter at night so it got paid. Also, on the last night that we were there, we were moved to a room that was not what I had booked for $99 for that night, but again, I couldn't argue it, can't be homeless with my son and pets. It was a great experience right up into that moment

the service is very good and facility is also very good. This hotel has a courtyard inside so it is very safe. It also provide a Gym room, I like it. The housekeeping is good, didn't take tips. This hotel make me feel very warm and sweet, like a big family.

The only issue is, it doesn't have an elevator

The breakfast was so limited. It was nothing like hotels. The location was good. The suite didn’t have any toothpaste and when we asked for one, they brought an expired one. I think the rating on booking was so high for this quality.

Nothing staff is very rude! Caution when trying to get some help.

Everything, room was messy. Room had leftover rappers in the back of bed. Looked like it wasn't wiped clean.

the court yard was nice

It was outdated.
