Great variety at breakfast. There were two soccer teams there. Staff put us on top floor away from the kids. Very quiet and appreciated the consideration from the staff.

This hotel is excellent. Everyone is extremely nice, beautifully decorated, rooms large and comfortable.

One morning front desk person seemed to be annoyed by everything. The look and voice used was obvious. Needs to be reminded of this is customer service indusrty.

Clean, great location

Booked a room for our family of four. We only had linen for two. When I called the front desk and asked for some to be brought back up they had me go down there to get it. We also needed extra towels. They gave me some generic blankets and ONE pillow. She said that’s all they had. The worst part was that they didn’t make the beds after our first night. I asked the front desk if that was normal and she told me she would speak with the supervisor. And the second day they didn’t make the bed again. I saw the house cleaner in the afternoon and asked if she would make the bed. After that the room looked great for our remaining time. For what we paid I felt like the service was subpar.

I rely heavily on reviews when deciding where to stay so I hope this helps others. This hotel is extremely clean, everyone we met was very friendly and the breakfast spread looked and smelled amazing! We had plans to eat somewhere else so I just looked and smelled. Parking was well lit and there were plenty of spaces. It’s about 10 mins from Santa’s Wonderland. Too cold to check out the pool. Bathroom was clean!! Bed was so comfy. I don’t usually sleep good in hotels but I slept great here. Water got very hot! Shower had plenty of water pressure. Hope that helps! When we go back, we will stay here for sure.
