The Assistant manager Raymundo I believe is his name is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service and taking care of the guests. He's extremely rude and has gone out of his way a number of times just to be difficult and to be as unhelpful as possible. Why and how he became a manager is beyond me.

This is a minor thing, but...Sub par coffee in the rooms and at the breakfast bar, but thank goodness for the French bakery 20 steps away, and the Dutch Bros drive thru. The furniture could have been a little more comfy, and staff could have been a little bit friendlier, but they were very polite, always.

It was a very quiet location, walkable to restaurants and shopping when it's not scorching hot outside. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room. I would...and have... recommended it to friends.

Clean room a lot of pillow on the bed, nice little kitchen with fridge and small stove for long term travel. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Hot breakfast was limited but overall I would definitely book a long stay at this hotel.
