Great bay view, close to the action, beautiful pool.

There was no breakfast offered except for refrigerated microwaveable breakfast sandwiches

The floor was concrete and felt damp

They said there was a restaurant on site, yes their is a restaurant, but not in operation

Far away from the town centre, when out of season free shuttle bus not arriving when promised by the staff, very noisy AC, TV signal interrupted occasionally by neighbours logging in to their devices. Rather thin walls - we were kept awake by neighbours talking.

You get locked in the bathroom. Everything was moist.. the temperature, the toilet paper, the towels, bedding, etc. AC leaked like crazy creating a whole puddle

It had a nice pool. The fire pits were enjoyable. They did have evening transportation to downtown and back after dinner, very nice and friendly women drivers.

The room felt damp. The floors were only swept not mopped so my feet got dirty. When the bbq was open it was extremely smoky at poolside and the music was very loud.

The shuttle is great when it’s running!

Carpet in room was stained and dirty. Patio door was so corroded barely able to open. Screen door broken. Rust in room on the wall.

Expected an old run down dive to just stay the night, but the room was beautiful spacious. The staff helpful and accommodating, and the view was perfect!

our room was directly across from the beach- literally could not be any closer which was wonderful!!!

the bathroom was ridiculously small and uncomfortable. the floor in our room looked filthy- it needed to be scrubbed. the floors are concrete which makes sense given the sand, etc. but they clearly hadn’t been washed in a long time. the beds were comfortable and the fridge/microwave were the perfect size. the landscaping was shabby and overgrown with a lot of dead plants. I was looking forward to hanging out by the pool/lounge area, but it looked so overgrown and unkempt. I understand there has been a drought, but keeping the recreational area presentable and relaxing should be a priority for a hotel that advertises all the outdoor on sight amenities.
