water in the shower was not too hot for me. I felt cold

It was in a perfect spot, close to our destination.

The night staff was terrible. We had gotten back late, and were taking showers, water was cold but we didn’t complain because it was late and not a huge deal. I asked for blankets and the front desk attendant said she wasn’t sure if she could give us even one (we asked for two since theres two beds) complained about having to take them to our room and said she was too old to be carrying blankets around the hotel? Mind you our room was 15 feet from the check in desk. I won’t be staying here again.

it was convenient to where I needed to be.

I had no hot water for a morning shower and the desk clerk was very indifferent about it. I told him I had no hot water and he replied, “oh”.

I expected breakfast in a bag as it said on the website--not a full hot breakfast with great coffee. The room was very comfy as was the bed. The hotel has obviously been recently remodeled and it was a breeze to get to Fenway for the baseball game.

I can't think of a thing.

Door from parking lot would not open (locked or broken). Traffic on Route 107 was a little noisy.

The room was nice,and also clean.The breakfast was good. The hotel is in a good location,minutes from Hampton beach!

The person at the counter when we went in to claim our room,could not speak English very well,so things got kind of messed up. The man wasn't the nicest person either. He se3med very annoyed when we came back to try to straighten things out several times.

That ..musty smell in the elevator. The fact the pool closes. We went out to Hampton for a show, and wanted to use the pool but its unavailable after 10pm. Boo. Other than that, no complaints.
