The sheets looked clean and the bathroom also appeared clean but it was definitely in a desperate need of an update. The TV worked if you need to watch it. The AC worked well which I was grateful for. It was a last minute reservation and we only stayed one night. If you are desperate and only need to stay a night for sleeping... then this is manageable.
The room had an odor as soon as we entered.. it was a mixture of marijuana and mildew. The carpet looked worn and replaced shabbily. The other guests seemed sketchy. For what they are getting for rooms I think they could do some updates and rid the place of the stench. I hope they fined the last guests for smoking pot since the rooms are non smoking. I don't want to smell pot and my friend is asthmatic.

I had an extremely bad experience.
The prostitutes, drugs, drinking in the parking lot, noise and the staff who were extremely rude. I would never suggest anyone to stay here.

The room was good. Bed was comfy. The room was clean, and the A/C was very cold. It was honestly pretty good for the price.
The tv wasn't smart. Had to be searching for channels to watch. There was no comfort, just a bed sheet, so I personally didn't like that.

Location was good for us. Price was less than many hotels in the area.
Rather run down. No maid service for four nights stay.

There was no breakfast and we thought that the location was good and we asked for an extra 3o minutes due to waiting for a ride and it was nothing but harassment the minute it hit check out time and we got phone calls from office and banging on the door by 2 different workers and it wasn't even 5 minutes past 11!! Very unacceptable when we called the office and asked for a little bit longer!
The harassment by the workers and cleaning services were not up to par

Grounds were very well kept, wonderful play area for kids, nice gazebos with chairs to have morning coffee in, staff was pleasant and helpful, beds were comfortable enough.
If you can even call it something I didn’t like… you could tell our specific door had been kicked in or messed with at some point in time. Door lock was fine, we had absolutely zero issues with it but from the outside looking in it was a little off putting.

Bed and towels were clean. Nice locks on door. Cable worked, tv was not HD. Least expensive around.
Carpet was so old and stained in places, cigarette burns on sink and end tables. dirty fingerprints on bathroom door, bathtub look real old and couldn't tell if just old and worn out or dirty.

Room was filthy. Dirty rug, blood on the sheets. One of my towels had a brown stain on it. Yuck.

lobby was nice but as soon as we got to our room we got a contact high (great for our 2 kids with us 🙄) there was feces under the toilet seat. dirt that hadn’t been cleaned in years all through out the corners. turned the ac onto to get some air flowing and all it smelled like was dirty metal. we got up at 6, took super quick showers and left that place. ruined our weekend away.

Easy access.fro the highway.
Very spacious room. Comfortable bed. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave .
Reasonable price
Electrics were very questionable and the heating covers were corroded and dangerous were the heating on.
Room smelt of smoke though a non smoking room
