I love all the pictures of Lucy and Ricky

In the past they didn’t allow outside drinks or music. Now they do and I think it should go back to how it was. I saw people mixing their drinks and even spilling it in the pool. Also people with their own music speakers. I think they should play the pool music because it played a variety of music. Who wants to listen to a mix of rap and Spanish music from different areas in the pool.

The front desk was not friendly they could use some hospitality training. Excercise swimming class moved paying guests from pool and staff did nothing about it. No pool bar and inside bar had no set hours. Breakfast could be better. Muffins were old and stale. Dishes and towels were outside in the hallways since day one of our arrival. Saw random people coming in through the back gate to use the swimming pool when I brought this to the front desks attention I pretty much got the “so what do you want me to do about it we have no security “ answer. When we checked in front desk seemed annoyed. On yelp I see a lot of people complaining that they do not let locals book rooms? I have never heard such a thing. I hope management really does some training of their staff. Never in the 4 years that I have been coming here have I ever experienced this and I am very disappointed because I always look forward to this trip for my birthday.

Breakfast is super basic but it did the job

The receptionist was extremely rude. He took my card and threw it on the counter after billing. No thank you no nothing. This person is definitely not at the right spot behind a desk welcoming clients.

Clean and always smelt clean. Nice staff

Pool hours bath tub suites

No microwave in the rooms poor continental breakfast. One of boiled eggs was spoiled. Pool was not heated for the cold weather as stated on line.

Very clean and the service was excellent!

The location is good

The room is outdated and old. The sliding door to the balcony is 10000lbs which means very hard to open or impossible to open. The smell of the room is like an old chest . Feels creepy than comfortable.

Enjoyed the Breakfast food was fresh, good selection, coffee was hot.
