Breakfast was a joke

There was a napkin or toilet paper stuffed into the peep hole on the door. Lots of Electrical tape was holding up the light shade on the ceiling, there was an air freshener hanging off the sprinkler….

Breakfast is minute. WI-FI was spotty at best. Bathroom floor was peeling with old wax on the tiles. Obnoxious people (Indian descent) were partying past midnight. Young children slamming doors & running in and out of rooms. Avoid this stop in your travels!

The price honestly you're there to sleep and go on with your trip. For what I paid yeah it was a great price. It was clean the bed was a little squishy only makes I'm used to a firmer bed but I really have nothing to complain about

The room was cold when we entered it.

No real breakfast. Just cookies, coffie, water, juice boxes. No drinking cups, no coffie maker, no ice bucket, door keys not working, smoke detector blinking, tv in bad location.

The staff was rude. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in because he was vacuuming a room. He didn’t care that I was waiting, even though I found him in the room vacuuming. There was no refrigerator, no coffee maker, no microwave. The breakfast selection was so limited and bad, we went to McDonalds

Convenient parking.

Difficult to locate behind a truck stop. No signage. Staff used outdated check-in procedures, relying on a print-out of vacant rooms from the morning. We checked-in during the evening, and were given the keys to an occupied room. Imagine our surprise when we unlocked the door and walked in to a strangers room! A staff member stated “the room was vacant this morning” while holding a print-out with some highlights written on it. They quickly gave us another room. The bathtub and hairdryer were dirty. The towels were worn, and the bedspread had a hole that looked like it was burnt by a cigarette. We found a used tissue in the nightstand. The heater isn’t temperature controlled. Just choose how much red or blue you want. You’ll get “whatever”temperature. The heater ran about as loud as an electric lawnmower. We were also surprised to see a member of the hotel staff, walking barefoot in the check-in area. Our biggest shock was the room key. We barricaded our door with luggage in case someone accidentally walked into our room during the night. I write this not as a complaint, but as a warning. Booking.com needs to re-evaluate this place.

the property was nice and quiet!

Trying to find this place was a challenge there’s no sign on the road directing you to the hotel. my GPS directed me to the truck stop behind the gas station ,after a long day of traveling this was a little unnerving!

Price and location

They advertised breakfast and I would call it snacks. When we got there our 2 choices were packages of sunflower seeds and cereal bar. only beverages were coffee and we were not even allowed to take it back to our room. Should be called snacks not breakfast.

What breakfast??? Location in the back of a truck stop was bad. There was no breakfast to speak of.

Couldn’t get a bottle of water in the whole hotel. Front desk clerk did not have any water. No hotel store to buy any. Vending machine was broke. Handle on toilet was broke. We found a used dirty towel hanging in the bathroom when we arrived. Only one towel per room. No refrigerator in one of the 2 rooms we booked. No lamps in the rooms just bright overhead lights. One of the rooms smelled like pot. Just a really crappy place to stay.

The room was clean and quiet and the people were very nice. Our whole floor was nonsmoking and the place smells nice. The bed was pretty comfortable with a soft top and no sagging. A lot of basic amenities packed into a small space: wardrobe, clothes drawer, AC-heater, iron and ironing board, safe, TV and remote, smoke alarm, hair dryer, phone, alarm clock, key card, deadbolt and sliding bolt, basic toiletries. Rooms are well kept up and seem recently updated. Linens and bathroom were very clean. The people were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Easy check in-check out.

No coffee maker, microwave or fridge in room (there wouldn’t be any place to put it). No water cups at sink. Desk chair gets in the way. Be aware room is VERY small - only enough to fit the bed with a path around it. Best for one person but can work for two people.
