There’s nothing special here. Old. Dated.

Impossible to use your own Netflix account. No Netflix access. If you want to watch a 50 year old movie they want to charge you $19.99. Criminal rip off

Smell of room, pay for parking

It is an old building. The room was not remodeled. But what we disliked the most was (only one day they cleaned the room even though we asked for it in looby). The waiters at breakfast were very friendly. Older lady in the lobby very nice unlike the young person in the lobby.

Not cleaning the room. It was damage the screen of the air conditioner. hair in the bath tube

The room looked dated. The shower drain was clogged so the shower pan almost overflooded. The exterior view was horrible. The hotel lacks amenities

Everything could be improved, including the overpriced self parking. Next time I will consider another hotel brand.

Location

Some rooms like the conference room and some facilities need to be updated.

The bed

The air Was poor, quality, could not breathe the room was not clean, carpet smells like dogs.

Clean hotel, nice amenities with pool and fitness

The cleaning staff skipped cleaning our room one day. When we asked one of them, they said they were alone they cannot do it and they need to go home soon. They also put a “don’t disturb” sign on our door for some reason. This was too unprofessional. We also shared this with the reception at the check out and they didn’t seem to care. Also the elevators are always busy. If you stay at the upper floors, it may take minutes to get to yours as it stops on almost all floors

Allotted Room 922 first - wash basin clogged, WC not flushing, AC switch broken on complaint, allotted 926 - much better Housekeeping not done everyday; complimentary drinking water not replenished automatically One day, no breakfast because of some malfunction - offered limited eats from the shop no provision for vegan breakfast although I'd mailed them earlier and even informed during check-in weird breakfast arrangments - limited a la carte menu and no extras allowed Was upgraded on arrival but later charged - the charge removed only after I complained

Das Hotel liegt am See, beim Villenvorort Ivanhoe, nahe der Stadtautobahn. Das Frühstück a la carte im dunklen, tristen Speisesaal ist erstklassig.

Die Wände der Korridore und Zimmer, sowie die Möbel sind eher dunkel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen

The hotel is difficult to reach, you get there eventually but it’s not particularly user-friendly.

В ванной было мокрое Ичиго и обертка от зубной щетки предыдущих жильцов. в остальном отлично.

Generous and sweet staff, very friendly and accommodating.

My room faced the freeway and had no blackout curtains so light from the city and then the dawn constantly interfered with my sleep. It was depressing and there was a dusty film on the table. The hot and cold water handles were reversed on the sink so I thought there was no hot water (due to Hurricane Ian) for most of my stay. Someone had gotten stuck in one of the elevators for 2 hours!

I liked the fact that breakfast was included and it was worth getting up and going down to get. I was expecting bagels and cereal and ended up having various options.

The beds could have been a little more softer but I think that’s a personal preference. I was a little iffy on the location because there’s nothing in close distance but the weather was so unpredictable (hot, cold, rain), that we didn’t wonder far.

Staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable.

We were in room 1006. There was a medicine smell in the room and I found the problem. There is mold growing on the ceiling right by the a/c vent from a roof leak. The a/c also blew hot air mixed with cold air. The bathroom fan did not come on either.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

The a/c unit in the room was very old and noisy. This was just the specific room on the side that I requested. The other room I saw had a newer, quiet unit in it.

The property is outdated, double tree hotels are usually a lot nicer.

I didn’t like the communication, the staff was not really cleared on some policies especially on how the payment for the parking was implemented. I was expecting to pay the parking out of a card that wasn’t on the reservation instead it came it out of a bank account that it didn’t need to.
