The plants & patio area was lovely

Noticed a used discarded Kleenex lying on the table by the elevator for three days.

Very clean and new

everything was nice and clean

only thing was the pool being out of service. but we were able to go next door to sister hotel

Location was good The breakfast was good but the utensils were not usable it looked like it had dish washing detergent film left on them

the utensils could have been cleaner The meeting room was not set up liked I was told it would be the front desk on Saturday said he didn't know about it Being used for the day The room had big stains on carpet and on couch The air conditioner was loud Bottom of shower looked dirty not housekeeping issue it just needs resurfaced

Food and service was excellent. Staff was extra nice and friendly to my dog. Even remembered her name and had to tell her bye when we left.

Very clean property and room. I liked the fact that YouTube was available on my tv room

Staff was not very friendly. I went to the pool in the evening and there was loud screaming teenagers in the pool. I immediately left. Noise in the early mornings and banging near my room. They did not have milk in their shop or in hotel store. I did get milk during breakfast in the morning and noticed it was expired April 15th! Staff was very unhelpful and acted as they did not care about much. Pillows were very uncomfortable as well. The worst was finding the place. It’s hidden behind two other hotels with a tiny sign showing where it’s at.

I love the spacious rooms, and breakfasts are the best of all hotels I’ve ever stayed!
