Rooms were clean but in major - major disrepair. Broken vanity mirrors, toilets didn't flush properly.. very very low vanity tops in the rooms... almost like wheelchair accessible level, however, they are simply very old.. it is the old standard height. We changed rooms and it was trading one headache for another... But the staff was absolutely amazing about everything. I would only recommend this place to people that I know are VERY easy going and are fine with things like this.

The location was really good. Garden yard beautiful. Coffee was good enjoyed water in lobby when came in from the street.

It was so overly priced understand now why parking so high. But the room was very small our first room noisy air conditioner.

The pool is great staff wonderful.

Wish the room description says no Windows. Air quality in the room was not good.

I started coming to this hotel over 10 years ago. I’ve stayed there four times and had loved it. I returned after about 5 years and was so disappointed. the price are the same, but this hotel is dirty, worn down, and the staff couldn’t care less about you. The elevators were terrifying, I got stuck several times. Our room was dirty… smelly. oh and the TV and internet didn’t work. The staff basically told us tough luck (and they were very aware of the problem, but failed to tell us about it). For 4x nights, they gave us a $50 credit. I’m sorry, but no. Sad to say, I will never return. It’s a real shame. What it lacked in upkeep could have been made up with charm, but it failed in every category.

very misleading. Said $75 incidental fee for the stay but it was $50 a day so 200$ not $75. parking was $51 a day after taxes but was only posted 45$ a day. bathroom wasn’t very clean both rooms had hairs in the showers and still soap streaks on the walls. checkout said 12p on the site but it was also incorrect we had to leave by 11am.

The location and staff were great during our stay. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

Had a good stay but sadly the hotel failing to return the deposit of $250 charged after we checked out, although they confirmed at check out that we had no incidentals has ruined the experience. All attempts at contacting the hotel to have this resolved have proved unsuccessful. As we had no other charges, the hotel did not provide us with a check out invoice. Sadly having to go through my credit card company to have this resolved.

Location close to the heart of the French Quarter, Bourbon St was a 5 minute walk at the most. The hotel was easily accessible from I10 and equally easy enough on departing to find I10.

The hotel did not have a restaurant operational for a quick breakfast whether full service of buffet which would be a wonderful addition to staying at this location.

Restaurant wasn't opened for majority of trip. Air conditioning didn't work. Room next door people kept me awake with arguing and slamming door. Otherwise is was fine
