The price and the deposit I believe if u use debit card u shouldn't have to pay a dep osit if u use cash u should only have to pay 50 deposit that fair price should be at least 70 on regular night 99 on weekend

Needs to better the clean , furniture need renovation

The room was nice

Very expensive, not worth the money. Charged $10 for a 3rd person and $100 security deposit that takes forever to get back $275 for one night during the off season is outrageous. The TV did not work and there was no one to call. Will not stay again with so many other options.

The room was clean The location was close to everything we wanted to see

The TV was broken The parking lot was covered with cig buts, beer containers and trash The pool was green The clientel seemed to consist of relocated workers living there rather than vacationers. The loud bass music and banging on floors and walls enhanced the perception of staying in an apartment bldg rather than a hotel

That place has hard workers that have not enough tools to make the place to shine. Check in was a bit too long considering there was not a human interaction, check out was easier and so much faster. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows as we like. Towels were also clean everyday. TV worked fine and a better iron was provided from one of the cleaning service stuff.

Where to start.... If you have a family and want to have a very nice place to stay where everything works, this is NOT the place. Book in another hotel!! One of our two keys did not open, and receptionist couldn't do anything about it. The Wi-Fi reception is pretty bad, we did not get help assistance from the Desk other than contact your ISP or call directly to the websites reporting the internet was bad. We tested by going a couple of blocks where free Wi-Fi was an option and it worked just as any other Wi-Fi in the world should work. The receptionist was not very friendly, he blamed every Website we were trying to reach instead of reporting the bad signal to his Team. As we liked the hard workers in cleaning up all they could, they don't have the resources to clean carpets, pool and bathroom. Microwave did not work, and coffee machine and AC is a lie. Of course receptionist wouldn't be able to help when assistance was required. If you want breakfast you need to go before 7 AM, after than that, all is gone and just leftovers to prepare waffles and coffee machine.

Parking

I stay here frequently. It's a good central location for the beaches I enjoy going to. The rooms are always clean, the AC is always working, and the employees are always friendly and helpful.

I have never had a complaint about this Quality Inn.
