Location was convenient. Staff was friendly. Relatively quiet. Beds were comfy.

The room was not the cleanest and definitely is due for an upgrade. The molding around the flooring was filthy. The bathroom was not cleaned very well either. Had to stack up items to the curtains to fully cover the window (which wouldn't have been a problem if we weren't on the bottom floor). The outlets/light switches were loose. My phone cord would pull right out of the wall. The lock on the door was also rickety. There were people sitting in a car obviously up to something in the corner of the parking lot that was a little alarming. Skipped the breakfast simply due to vibes. Went to Dunkin down the street instead (conveniently nearby).

We like the front desk staff. Jameson was very nice.

They didn’t clean our rooms until we checked out.

Beds were clean and comfy, towels changed every day. Room was fine. Although close to busy roads you don t hear them so nit a problem. Breakfast was good, enough choice. Girl on front desk was extremely helpful and very welcoming. Plenty advice for places to go, eat etc. Plenty car parking too.

We were told when we got there that there wasn't a lift, which I d mistakenly assumed there was, so we ended up taking a downstairs room as there was no help getting large suitcases upstairs...we were not offered a refund for the room we took because of the lack of lift, being not as good as the one we booked. There are folks that live in this hotel and we were next door to some. There are smoking rooms and non smoking ones, we don t smoke, however the neighbours did...right outside our door late at night and from 630 in the morning, not great, smelly and very irritating. Not a lot of soundproofing so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear them. When we left the young guy on the desk took our key cards and said you re OK to go...no thank you for staying, glad you had a good trip...nothing. Not sure he s the right person for a front of house roll.

Location and availability

Bathrooms and common areas need a refresh. The breakfast options and quality were not good at all.

The Girl that checked me in was AMAZING and the young guy that was working Sat night was great he helped me get a great meal and he was so friendly

Expected something more for breakfast. No meats and eggs were just a patty that was warmed in the microwave.

Did not see any bagels.
