it is a charming historic building very nicely restored and renovated in a perfect location for walking along the river in the central strip where all the restaurants, stores, and monuments are. It also has a small parking lot adjacent and parking is included in the price [not additional as with most other historic lodgings]. The bed was very comfortable and the spacious room we stayed in includes a large desk, a sofa and two reading chairs. Complimentary beverages and popcorn are offered.

If you are a light sleeper, there is some street noise [they provide complimentary ear plugs that we didn't need to use]. I found the pillows uncomfortable [too firm and too large] which was a shame to be disappointed with such a detail during an otherwise lovely stay.

My husband and I got away for the weekend. Stayed at East bay in. We loved it staff was warm and welcoming, very helpful. Loved that it was pet friendly. The location was perfect !! Close to everything. Would highly recommend this place, looking forward to coming back.

The location is great. The food downstairs was really good.

Hard pillows, lots of noise from outside. Parking is a big issue. If you are driving you need to drive the smallest car in the household. When we got to our room it was 56 degrees with a outdoor temperature of 85. No joke.

perfect location to park and walk every where. the staff was nice and helpful. property was clean and well kept. it is an older building so the floors are creaky and it’s a bit noisy but we loved the charm and the look of the inn

complimentary coffee, wine/beer voucher each night for the on-site bar, free popcorn in the room, complimentary soft drinks and water all the time, great size rooms, great mattresses and pillows.

2nd time at East Bay. Staff very helpful and friendly. We loved our room. The location of the hotel was excellent 11 mins. from everywhere we needed to go.

Only comment would be possibly extra lighting needed in the bedroom area, it was a rainy few days and there were 4 ladies needing make up lighting.

The staff was delightful and greeted us as if we were the most honored of guests. Spacious room with a wonderful old world feel and lovely creaky floors. Several free amenities. I had not stayed here in years but it has retained all it great qualities.
