close to the water, spacious rooms, well appointed, large windows for light and view, comfortable pool, grounds well planned and kept up, beautiful scenery toward to mountains and the sea/golf course. all went according to plan for stay in 2 bedroom condos. When son transferred with his boys to a one bedroom, he ended up with a spectacular view from the 3rd floor.

our room was situated next to a well trafficked road off of the property, separated by hedges (a good thing) but there was a bit more road noise than I had hoped for.

It was quiet, room was clean and spacious with a spa tub & separate toilet, adequate kitchenette and a small balcony to watch the sunset. The pool was nice although we didn’t use it. The Princeville shopping plaza was walking distance away.

There wasn’t a beach nearby. All else was great!

Suite was very spacious and in great condition. Grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Location is great.

Terrible hotel, stay away from this place. Hotel staff very arrogant, and the woman who is manager of the hotel is rasist.

If you love the Princeville/Hanalei area, Ka Eo Kai is the perfect location for you. Located in Princeville, its about 4 miles from Hanalei. The units are large, the grounds are nice and the main pool & jacuzzi have a view of the golf course and the Ocean. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit we had was very large, the kitchen was huge! The dining room table sat 6 and there was a table & chairs and lounging chairs outside on our wrap-around lanai. The sofa bed came in very handy for our family and we especially loved having a washer and dryer in our unit. There are bbq grills and an eating area near the pool.

The units have no air conditioning and that was challenging at times for us because some days were very warm and very humid. Also, the master bedrooms have the outdated sunken tub/shower combo. and trying to navigate stepping in and out of it was challenging. Ours did have handicap rails but it would be better if the tub and shower were separated.

Location was fine and staff were helpful

We knew the studio we booked would be small. But we did not expect it to be noisy (from other guests) and dark and lacking in privacy. All very disappointing and certainly not value for money.

Exceptional value, location and amenities from start to finish. Love this place!

Very particular during check in. Required us to show our green wrist bands from the airport, which we had already removed. It wasn’t a problem once we fetched them out of our garbage.

This stay exceeded my expectations! Huge condo space and full kitchen was a plus. They have an awesome pool and hot tub that overlook the golf course and ocean. Great area with small town feel and lots of shops and restaurants walking distance away. Overall great experience!
