The room was clean.

No coffee maker in room and the coffee maker in the office isn’t available until after 6am. Loud, rude and downright scary people in parking area and outside our door all night

Nice room and ease in check in and out.

Thermostat was set at 88 but felt like 68 when I arrived. I thought it advertised a cafe, so I thought there would at least be a breakfast bar, but I didn't see anything.

Check-in was quick. Room was exceptionally clean and beds were comfortable.

Everything was fine with the room. We were only there for one night and the location was great for our needs. The room was a bit quirkily decorated and dated, but sufficient. Plenty of space. Super hot water in abundance. No vacancy the night we stayed, but very quiet.

Corners could have used a better cleaning, as well as the in window AC unit. Had some accumulated dirt.

Very clean and comfortable.

Handicap bench for the shower is much needed. As an active person with a debilitating spinal condition that renders it impossible for me to stand long enough to take a full shower, I am always grateful to be able to travel and receive the respect of accessibility. We had to purchase a folding chair to use and then leave it behind. Perhaps they will use it for the many other travelers with mobility challenges.

ants in bathroom. when it rained, water all over entry to room. thought water may come in room. front door warped, only place that you couldn’t see light was where the lock was

Bugs in the bathroom, hair in the bed.

Room was a king so it was a bit small, but very clean and looks like it had been updated recently. Quiet location.

convenient location and reasonable price

Location was ok, and a few good restaurants around. Price was also reasonable.

Room smelt like smoke, and it was pretty knackered.
