close to lake George village for bike week ,

bed wasn’t made covers just thrown over ! pink nail on floor 🤢 never vacuumed or swept ! had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper !

Requested a ground floor room, as I have trouble w stairs, they put me on 2nd floor 😕 The room had an order. Remote to tv was crap. No blow-dryer, had 2 in room at my last stay, not consistent w room provisions. I was rather disappointed with this visit, as the price went up like 30 since my last stay cpl months ago. I think I may explore other options next time

The room was clean and easily accessible (my wife uses a walker. It was comfortable for a one night stay. It was very clean.

The room could use some refreshing in terms of paint and trim.

WiFi very spotty. Very slow and cut out periodically. Spectrum sucks Poor girl at the desk had a hard time finding my reservation because it went through booking . com. (not her fault] Also she was half asleep because she was on her 10th hour of working. She deserves a raise . She was knowledgeable and helpful

The front disk was great

we liked the location, being close to restaurants

the only thing we didn't like was there were spiders and stink bugs in mom's room

The location is great, short ride to Lake George, outlets, surrounded by restaurants, etc. Love that they allow dogs at no charge. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

Dirty washcloths and towels, we refused to use them went to local store and bought our own. Dirty sheets, bathroom walls and ceiling paint peeling and filthy splatter on them especially near the toilet! Seriously lacking in cleanliness!!! Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Our room location in the front near the office had a lot of traffic noise. People were sitting in the chairs in the front of the rooms conversing until 2am. Went to speak to front desk staff, no one was available phone number left, called phone number no one answered.

The Location was great, main attractions and groceries we're nearby!

Cleanliness is a must!
