it was a great stay room was clean and smelled nice the staff was wonderful and nice

area was a little sketchy

location was perfect for where my appt was, easy to find, close to several restaurants and shops

sketchy. broken windows, people loitering around property, staff trying to burst into my room way before check out tjme.

.room was very bad smelling (weed and smoke) they changed it to another one.. a bit better but was also smelling .Keys demagatized ceveral times and every time had to go to the reception to change them (and was making sure they are away from the cellphone) .breakfast... it's not a breakfast.. price supposed to include breakfast but all the available was some apples, bars and cereal .... I felt it's a scam .shower curtain was disgusting .beds not clean

Whoever is In charge of cleaning that room, didn’t clean it…. Hair all over toilet, tub/shower and sink as well as toothpaste. Dust all over and one outlet worked in the room therefore we had one lamp working and it wasn’t the one near the bed so it sucked.

Easy check-in and access; staff friendly Bed and shower fine, available usb ports and lights good but overall good value

Nothing we left without staying. The staff was helpful as far as they could but couldn't help with cancellation/refund.

The room was not clean. The towels in the bathroom were stained. The toilet hadn't been cleaned properly. The bath sink had toothpaste on it. Both mirrors on the room were smudged. The microwave had food splatters and the fridge wan not clean. Days Inn would not cancel because it was a booking.com reservation. They gave us an 800# for booking.com and the message we got was the system was down and hung up. I'm guessing that is a permanent feature of their customer service tel#. I sent booking.com a web page email on their customer service page and haven't heard back since Monday. It's now Thursday. I will never use either Days Inn or Booking.com again......... **Other than that I'm completely happy**
