Terrible attention. Dirty and noisy room.

The only thing that l like about the Property was three staff members, Malik very well groomed, I’m actually surprised he was not the front desk manager. When I did meet the front desk manager, I was lost for words because I thought she was the laundry attendant. Veronica tried everything in her powers as a front desk agent to assist me with the issues that I had with the Property. Mr. Tamika, the housekeeping manager and her staff was wonderful.

What I did not like about the property is that they do not adhere to Hilton policy as far as safety, nor do they follow up with their guest as far as any issues, you will never hear from leadership unless you request.

Great location right near the theatre. Very clean and great beds! I would definitely stay there again!

Not near touristy things

I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleanliness, staff, great location to downtown Charleston, the battery, market's. Room was exceptionally clean. Pool and BBQ very relaxing. Breakfast was above average and geared towards Adult's as well as children. Facilities exceptionally clean. The only thing about this location is you don't have any view of the Charleston vibes because it's in an industrial multiple hotel complexes to choose from.

Parking and evening staff was less than needy to assist with questions.

The hotel itself was very nice and the room was very clean and comfortable.

My reservation was for 3:00pm, I along with several other guest could not check in until after 3:45 pm. That was unacceptable because I checked in on line the night before. We were told the rooms weren’t ready yet due to previous guest staying past their check out time.

Good. Good coffee and grits.

Staff could have been more friendly and helpful.
