The staff was rude! There were cats everywhere, tried talking to the manager and that was waste of time! We were changed to 3 different rooms and the first 2 weren’t even clean. The last one the carpet was disgusting, toilet was broken, nothing was fixed and didn’t even try to compensate us for it.

The breakfast was non-existent. I only saw bananas and coffee.

The room stunk, the blinds were held up by the window sill.The front desk did came to spray the room, that helped for about an hour, the carpet was dirty. I would've changed rooms or better yet hotels, but, it was late.

They Lost my reservation I paid for before checking in .. had to sleep in my car all night after paying for the room because they told me I’d have to pay for ANOTHER room before giving me a refund. Horrible service .

Nothing had cockroaches and didn’t over to move rooms then when I walked back to room they called me 15 min later and offered to switch rooms. 2 room was nasty had stains in the carpet the door didn’t shut all the way had a dirty contact lense on the floor dust caked on the toilet paper rack they keep it.clean enough to Dhec don’t shut them down they said they wouldn’t refund me for my stay. The guy charged my card 98 dollars on accident and didn’t tell me and then refunded it back. He kept my license and never gave it back I didn’t realize it was missing until I needed it to get into the NICU at MUSC . Housekeeping told me the room I was in and next too it then rooms were being treated for bugs. So why the hell was someone put in them rooms. People outside smoking weed. I left my door open to bring bags in and had cats running inside my room 5 of them. Have them on video. They were being fed by the front desk staff .

The beds were comfortable and clean. The room was 85% decent.

The broken sink faucet, spider webs on most of the ceiling and dirty walls.

It was available, but it was a terrible stay for 2 employees on travel. Aside from being under renovation which is only disclosed after the reservation is made, they only had a smoking room when the reservation was for non smoking.

The room smelled badly, bathroom had bugs and they requested to be switched to another room they didn’t honor it.
