Couldn't control the AC, wouldn't work on the auto setting so it ran constantly.

I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast because there was nothing on the menu that I could eat. No healthy options and nothing gluten free!

Very quiet. It was nice to have a restaurant on site after a long day of traveling.

Door didn't automatically close, light switch did nothing upon entry. TV was difficult to operate due to age. Got locked out of my room and replacement key didn't work, maintenance called in to manually open with a glamourized coat hanger. It's disturbing to know my wife who travels frequently can have someone enter a locked room so easily. Was told the deadlock was not operating correctly but was good to go. Next morning get breakfast--locked out again. Out of hundreds of hotel stays I've never been locked out, but the second time could have been avoided either with a different room or an actual repair of the lock. This caused me to be late to an important meeting.

the room was freezing! got in it and it was only 43 degrees and did not warm up till morning when we had to leave!

The room is nice and clean. The bed is comfortable. The restaurant attached to the hotel has great food!
The pool was nice and warm and the whirlpool was clean! The staff is very friendly. The restaurant attached to the hotel has good food!
The only issue we had with the room was the chain broke on the toilet handle but it was an easy fix.
The parking lots could probably use some work. But this is just being nit-picky.

The room was outdated with torn window coverings. There were stains on the furniture and the mattresses were older and worn. There were not enough towels in our room for 4 people.

My girlfriend and I stayed one night here.The bed/bedding were very very comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful.
The room we received smelled very musty and old, we spayed some febreeze that we had in our luggage. When we woke up the whole room smelled like urine, and It most definitely wasn't from either of us.

The location was in the middle of the town, so it didn’t cost us more than 12 dollars cab rides to go to places. The hotel has signs with things you can do around town and restaurants to eat at. As cyclists, we wanted our bicycles to stay with us in the room. Even though we were not allowed to do that, the hotel staff provided us with a secure place for them.
The breakfast was very complete and there were plenty of options to be satisfied from.
There’s a free eyes dispenser on some floors which was so beneficial and convenient for us.

The items were not replenished for the breakfast rush. Many items gone. No plates until I mentioned it.
More help in the breakfast area to keep up with amount of people due to a tournament weekend. The pool was too crowded in the evening.

Rooms were clean, very convenient having the bar/restaurant right there seeing as we checked in around 9pm and hadn’t eaten. Pool was open late which was great.
