Location and breakfast

The room was spacious, had nice toiletries so we could relax .

Out of the hotels in on trip this was the most expensive and the worst. I picked this hotel so we could relax when we got there and use the pool and what said a HOT tub. The miserable lady member of staff never mentioned the pool facilities, so i asked, she said across the parking lot. Got there no heated pool, and HOt tub was green with lid off and leaves in it and freezing.g cold. One of the locals said it hadn't worked for a while. Went back to nform thr staff, and she said it hadn't worked for 3 days. I said she should of let the guests know. It was to late for me to cancel. She wasn't all interested wouldn't recommend it at all very expensive and poor.

Clean room, pet friendly, great location, comfortable bed, relatively quiet location

Excellent place to stay. Will not hesitate to stay here in the future. Very well staffed and managed.

Room not cleaned second day even with request plaques on front door. very rude and arrogant front desk employee named Ashley refused to help with clean towels saying staff was busy elsewhere.
