Very comfy bed, clean room, updated but original old motel - bathroom even had the old-fashioned small ceramic tile floor!

Booked online based on the facility having a swimming pool which was shown with water in it. Arrived and to our dismay, the pool was empty! I had promised my granddaughter that I would get a motel with a pool. I asked if I could cancel my reservation due to false advertising. The woman said no. Has to be a 24 hour notice. Also mentioned that the picture of the pool was suppose to be “taken down”. Went to our room. It did not meet with my expectations in that the carpet was dirty and the room has a strange odor. Therefore we left.

Bed was comfortable, room little outdated but very clean. Room had basic motels items. No continental breakfast. No a.m. coffee at the office. coffee pot in room, however. Noise was very noticeable till quite late.

Arrived late. No food places around the area within walking distance that was still open. A convenience store next door that is 24/7 to get find a snack. very small parking lot. Road construction in area. Not property's fault access was hard to navigate late at night.

Horrible customer service, rooms are dirty we saw 2. And the pool was not up and running. No water even in the pool. Smelled like smoke and we have a child with asthma!

no water in the pool. asked for tp 2x hours later was able to get some. loud motorcycle from one of the staff members! room was somewhat clean bathroom was dirty! barely any toilet paper when we arrived. very disappointed!
