Staff was willing to switch rooms upon complaint on both our planned nights

Desk clerks lack knowledge of which rooms are prepared and functioning for guests. We reserved a monday night and a thursday night for our return. Both times the desk clerk had only a yellow sticky note as to which rooms were prepared and working. Both time they had to move us. Many of the rooms( I saw a list of about 9 that were not working) have toilets that are not working due to a complicated mechanism that maintenance staff do not know how to repair and I believe need replacement. Winnemucca means not working.

No microwave, no refrigerator, no coffee maker. Room phone did not work. Air conditioner was not working, had to switch rooms.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in went OK, answered my questions and provided additional towels with no problems. Explained everything that I needed to know about our stay. The A/C was easy to use and not loud during the night. The bed was comfortable enough.

The bathroom floor was dirty - as in, NOT MOPPED. We had to literally wash our feet and dry them off before getting into bed. I should have taken a photo of the wash cloth for you to really believe what an affront this was. I stayed in this particular Motel 6 before and came here again because my last visit was very acceptable. No this time. The floor were just very unacceptable. This will be my last stay here. There are too many other options in this town to go here again.

The room was nice spacious the bathroom was huge I was traveling with my 8 yr old grandson he had plenty of room to rest. We were in a downstairs room the people upstairs were a little noisy but nothing to complain about!

The room was very nice, the refrigerator and microwave were an unexpected addition. The beds were very comfortable and I felt very safe and secure.

Actually this location was much better than the last three Motel six is that I had stayed at
