Very convenient place to stay, it’s easier to get a place to have all things you need, food, groceries, clothes, the location is very excellent!!!

Breakfast can have a better effective info and organized flow to follow up.

it was a great location, it was perfectly between our audit and the airport. It had great access to restaurants, and a beautiful view.

The Shower head in my room (210) was awful, water didn’t come out of most of the jets.

Room was nice and clean

The pool was tiny and freezing. Breakfast area was ridiculously tiny. There were over 27 people in the pool at one point and it was so chaotic. No Disney channel and the staff was kind but not knowledgeable or willing to go the extra mile to find solutions. Overall I would not recommend it or return.

front desk lady was very nice, she was helpful when we couldn’t find the tv remote and sent one up. beds we’re comfortable!

the rooms were nice, we found a few things of garbage that was left, the heater wouldn’t work so our room was very cold. luckily the adjoining room heater worked well and we left the door open so the heat would come in. we were in town for a Family viewing and funeral, my elderly mom and grandma were in one room and 3 of us in the other. Thursday morning at 8 am we had persistent knocking on each of our doors with housekeeping asking us what time we we’re checking out. I’ve never had that happen before and it was a bit inconvenient as we were trying to rest before we had another super emotional day. if check out is at noon, I don’t think we should be bothered at 8 am with knocking and wondering when we are leaving.

The location is excellent, with a Water Park, Movie Theater and Bowling Alley/Game Center all in the parking lot there was plenty to do without having to leave the hotel. The front desk staff was great.

Breakfast was fine, but they only offered waffles on the weekend, which was disappointing. I also though the cost was a little high.
