staff were amazing and helped with everything

breakfast had something to be desired But it was OK a lot of people there that live there that were a little loud

Breakfast amenities were OK, but barely ample. We liked the friendly service that Melissa provided us. She honestly tried to do us good by offering a discount for our inconveniences.

"Fully equipped kitchens in all suites" was not provided as promised. We brought food to cook our own meals, but there were no pots/pans/dishes/utensils. We asked for them and while the desk staff gave a set to the man in front of me, I was denied a set of kitchenware. Staff didn't care about my dismay. We specifically chose this property for the kitchen amenities. We couldn't cook, so had to spend extra $$$ to order Uber Eats for our meals. The place was also dirty. Covered in dust and who knows what other germs were not cleaned up! Wi-fi was only good for checking email but not for streaming services, which was something we were hoping to do. Also told we couldn't use the exit door in the hall (shortest point between our room and vehicle) but other guests were using it.

It was below average. When I got there at 9:30 most of the items were gone. And there was no one restocking them

Met my needs. was in town for family illness. staff were exeptionally friendly and helpful

Staff not very friendly at check in

the staff was awesome, they worked hard to make our stay good.

it was quiet

The staff cursed and swore a lot while working and joking with each other no concern for the guest that was staying at the hotel or children that could be standing close and you always had to wait for coffee at breakfast time it was never ready on time. We booked two rooms on the same date by accident but cancel one-two week before arriving at the hotel. When we arrived after a 12hour drive they said we don't have any more rooms left and you(us the family) were overbooked. Ok so then I said if that is so we should have two-room then right? Then the staff member said no we have no rooms left then he look at the other staff member in said it was time for him to clock out from work then he walked away He said there were another hotel or two that we could try next door or a block away. After begging the new staff who just came on to help us he said let me see what I can do he said I have one room but it's a handicapped room we said thank's will take it where can you find a hotel in the middle of the night on the weekend?

Nothing...await the pop machine! And checking out to go home.

Friendly staff, reasonable price.

Older carpet and linens. Not fully cleaned remote and fridge.
