I was happy they had availability.

There was a power outage, which I was NOT expecting. When I questioned if I can be refunded for the stay, I was told there was a scheduled maintenance in the area (which they knew about), but did not disclose to their guests - They laughed at me for saying it was dishonest to let their guests know about this. They also started to play games when it came to offering me some sort of a refund, and when I called customer service, they said they did not have the means to override the decision of the hotel. To pay money for a stay at a location, and then to be laughed at for asking to have been notified, was completely disrespectful. I will not be going back to this location by any means. Besides this fact, the carpets felt wet, and the tub had not been cleaned properly from the guest before.

I like the reasonable price, I was able to book this at the last minute. I had a good continental breakfast the staff for breakfast was very helpful and the housekeepers were friendly. I was also allowed a late check out. Overall it was a fair stay.

I didn't like the smell it has an old stale motel smell to it, like smoking was allowed at some time. It just wasn't a clean crisp smell. Also the bathtub faucet was loose and out of place. The worst part was there was no hot water lukewarm...

no hot water in the bathroom, beds were hard as a rock, pillows were half the size of regular one, cleaning lady came in without knocking twice, once at 8:30 another time at 9:14!!!!

the room was clean. smelled nice not moldy. I have asthma and I didn’t need my inhaler like other hotels I’ve been to

when we got to the room we tried to turn on the tv and it wasn’t working. we talked to the front desk and they sent someone to the room who explained that some of the rooms had service and some didn’t but they would try to fix it. after an hr or so we went back down to the front desk. the gentleman there said the whole hotel was out. we made us angry was the tv in the lobby had service and all the tvs in the restaurant that was attached to the hotel had service. all we asked for was a different room with tv but they said no. we then asked for some money back and again they said no.

it’s old, loud (right by busy highway), outdated, and the room was uneven (actually slopes).

Service was great at the front desk. THey were friendsly, and my room was very nice.

The hallway smelled a bit, and it would have been nice to have an elevator to the second floor.

Staff was great and everything was clean. Maybe a little stucco work on damaged wall by door. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay and I WILL be back!

Just the damaged wall surrounding front door, but other than that, I really liked the place.

Breakfast was good, enjoyed the waffle!

The room was on a slant. It was very odd.

I did not like anything about this hotel. The staff was unknowledgeable and the way they wanted to fix everything was by putting me in another room instead of fixing the problems in the room that I paid for!

Well, for beginners there were stains all over the sheets and mattress, the volume for the TV did not work, the jetted tub was broken and a little dirty, I was just not happy with the outcome of my stay because I paid a lot of money for this room and yet I was NOT happy!!!!!

the hotel is very old need a lifting. the support towel was close to fall and the toilet blocked.
