my room smelled and I couldn’t open shade for window! I also was right across from laundry room… very loud!

Clean, great service, good breakfast with plenty of options, including fresh fruit. WiFi worked well

The parking lot is a little small, and pulling out onto Rte 17 can be a little sketchy

Cold omelet on the buffet. The hot food on the buffet was cold.

The breakfast was good and it was a great variety of options.

Surprisingly clean, comfortable, efficiently run with just the right accouterments for the price point and other options in the area. Not a smudge, stain, frayed furnishing or scratched, dented metal finish in sight. Small and efficient staff keep the front of house workings an easy glide for all needs, wants, and desires. Let’s keep it that way and don’t make me into a liar.

One minor late breakfast because of a personal crisis with the cook. Understandable, only mentionable because with small efficient staff, one missing cog can cause major hospitality issues. Work out some plan B options and you will be nearly perfect, as anyone can be.

I literally liked everything there, the whole ambiance is warm and comfortable. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are clean and quiet spacious. The breakfast buffet is tasty and has delicious variety of food. In short, I love this hotel and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Ramsay NJ.

Actually it's the only the price which I find high compared to what I used to pay in 2/3 stars hotels.

Alarm on our floor went off at 5am stating to evacuate. No idea why. The guy at the desk said it was a test based solely on the fact that it didn’t go off any any other floor. But who was testing it and why at 5AM? But he said it was a test and told everyone it was safe to go back to our rooms. So I got on the elevator which got stuck and I was stuck on a super full elevator. I paid a fortune for a place to sleep and my sleep was ruined by this and the staff were absolutely zero help. Plus breakfast was started late.

The location was very convenient.

The breakfast lacked variety.
