The Holiday Inn Express is convenient off the HWY NY 17 in NJ. Cleanliness of room and hotel. Friendly customer service from check-in Staff, House Maids and Busser/Waiter staff. Service with a smile. Very clean and updated. Breakfast was superb! Love that they have Dove shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, lotion, handsoap, instead of those cheap small bottled ones. Bonus: they’re beside Dunkin Donuts 😂 plus just about 20mins away from Woodbury Commons Outlet.

Travel from Florida for four night trip to see family. This is our second trip and will certainly stay again. Hotel is clean, staff friendly and very welcoming. Right off Route 17 and convenient for restaurants etc.

The good: Friendly, professional staff. Clean bath, comfortable beds. Conveniently located to downtown Ramsey and shopping centers. Restaurants nearby for those who want to stay close. Needing improvement: Room 123. A/C was noisy and did not remove moisture from the room. Towels did not dry, one pillow smelled like mildew. Staff provided a fresh pillow.

Awful experience at the Holiday Inn In Ramsey. I’m checking in. I’m giving a hotel key and the door wouldn’t open to the room so I go back to the front desk two times to let them know that the room won’t open they send someone upstairs who also can’t get the door open. They move me into a new room. The room is very loud with highway noise and I can hear every door that opens and closes, the toilet over with my feces running over the bathroom while I was getting dressed in the morning then all of my food that I have been traveling with froze in the refrigerator. The gentleman in the front desk said there was no management available that they would call me later , I’m not sure how that would help my situation now going to a meeting very tired and upset

The room was a little cramped compared to other Holiday Inn motels and the breakfast area was congested, but otherwise the stay was fine

Basic lodging which was clean. Rooms small. Breakfast good in terms of variety and number of choices.

We just needed a stay for one night. The hotel was clean and check in and out was a breeze.

Surprisingly quiet for being right on 17. Very comfortable and convenient for my needs. Would like to see a non-dairy alternative to milk available at the breakfast, if possible. Thanks!

Property and rooms were clean and staff friendly. Comfortable beds and pillows. Air vents and cooling unit was clean so didn’t wake up with the usual hotel stuffiness. AC worked great. My only (minor) complaint is that the walls are definitely thin. I could hear people coughing and their conversations through the walls and when transitioning through the hallways it sounded louder than I’ve experienced during other stays.
