No oatmeal as was told would be available. Some staff were rude, not friendly. No blow dryer in room. Keys stopped working after day 1.

The Hotel itself is very nice

The staff on the day shift were very rude.I have been traveling the entire Country on my Harley Davidson and have arrived at over 30 plus hotels very early during my tour and every single one of them except this one have worked hard to get me into my room as early as possible. I was accused of harassing the front desk lady by the manager. Nothing could be further from truth.When I arrived I walked into the lobby and was very polite and explained that I was 10k miles into my ride and that this was my last stop on my ride. It was about 11:30 am and the parking lot was empty. She said there is no way we can check you in until 4 pm here is a card you can call later . I know for a fact housekeeping starts Cleanig rooms at 9 am she said your room isn't done yet. I asked if there were any rooms clean that you could swap me into. I also know this is an easy thing to do. I asked questions about what could be done.More happened it really does not matter just wait until that day shift is gone the swing shift lady was cool. I had never been treated so rudely. Will try never to use Holiday inns again just because of this.

The breakfast options were great. The bed was comfortable and the pool was fun. The location was perfect, down the street access to the beach. The staff made effort to help when needed. The parking was fairly simple as well, putting a pass in the window of the car.

There were no towels in the pool area (empty). The pancake machine broke mid use. Lots of people hanging out in the parking lots, making it a bit uncomfortable. Be sure to keep your car doors locked.

Staff fantastic, check in staff were friendly and efficient, the Man at breakfast was amazing, informative efficient, never stopped cleaning, topping up food, greeting people,, Beds were super comfy, optional firm or soft pillows, nice touch

Creaky baths, ours creaked and guests in room above had a bath/shower at 5am and the noise woke me up, sound like an old galleon!
