Good value... if you just need a place to sleep and have dogs, can't beat it.

The air conditioning didn't work at all... and given it being summer in Nevada, plus the record heat wave that pushed the temps well into the 100's... it was an issue. It was so hot it was impossible to sleep... I ended up getting up around 4 am... moving my car so that it would be shaded by a tree once the sun came up, and slept out in the car until like 7:30 because it was so much cooler.

Very dirty rooms. Immediate refund. Stain on PLASTIC chair. Easy to wipe off if they cleaned the room. Also urine stains dripping do the toilet. No soap. People living there working on cars right outside our room. Pool drained. Bad experience.

Staff was friendly and helpful.

People were living there and had a BBQ late at night. Kids were running around screaming until 11:00 pm. They were behind on cleaning rooms so they were cleaning the room above me at midnight. Vacuuming and bumping into furniture. Don't plan on much sleep if you stay here.

The hot water was great when it was working

The room was dirty, fridge was dirty, smelled like cigarettes eventhough it was a non smoking room, tv and phone did not work, people and kids were screaming up and down the sidewalk.

The staff was friendly, and honestly did try their best. I wish I could say more that I liked.

The bathroom had not been cleaned and was disgusting. The shower curtain was held up with shoestrings. There was garbage on the floor in the bedroom. The security latch on my door had been broken off so I couldn't use it. There was no soundproofing, so I woke up multiple times throughout the night. The first pillows I had had holes in them and stuffing was coming out. The microwave had food splattered all over the inside of it. The shower pressure was absolutely horrible, it just trickled out, and the water was freezing. There was no shampoo provided. The floor was sticky through the whole room. Water was dripping on me from vents in the bathroom. The ceiling light didn't work in the bedroom. And on top of that, I had reserved a room for 2 beds, and they only gave me one. I asked for my money back and they refused.
