Blood on the towels. Security beating on the door at mid night....room dirty and dated

location was good and it felt safe.

the room was very nice except the carpet looked old and dingy. the room was clean and the sheets and towels were excellent. the bed was also very comfortable.

We did not eat breakfast but from what I saw it looked good for a cold breakfast. Once we were in our room we were too exhausted to ho and explore plus it was in the evening.

Asked 4 bottom floor with lake view. YOUR ON LINE PEOPLE said we would get that when we arrive not so. On 2nd floor facing parking. Air conditioner did not work(opening doors through out night to get fresh air). Man staff gave a credit of aprox $9 for non working air. Apologized fir 2nd floor but were redoing 7 bottom floor rooms thus short. I advised readonly why we asked was 2 hip and knee replacement between us so taking luggage up stairs not good for us. So only took what wasnecessary. Our friendly man advised us that they did not get any such notice that us asking and would be getting our request for bottom floor from booking.com. We will not be booking thru u again nor any other on line company in our future travels we will call direct to hotel/motel. WE tried to cancel but would have to call or email your company but we were tired upset and who knows if we could have reached you and gotten our dollars back. Never again

The bartender was the only nice one working on the floor.

The security people are very uninformed on policies. Plus your pool was booked with a private party We had kids with us and there was nothing to do for them

The rooms are quite large and comfortable, including a full kitchen.

Nice staff. Room was large. Restaurant and casino are right next to the hotel
