charged too much for dog fee. Will not stay there again when traveling with pet

Great location and easy to find. Very clean and comfortable with spacious room, fast internet and excellent breakfast.

The plumbing fixtures in the toilet and the shower are bit old and rusty.

Our room had curtains that wouldn’t close all the way and they also covered the air conditioner so the air flow didn’t cool the room that well.

The breakfast was ok...but items kept running out and no one seemed to be around to address this issue. Occasionally a woman would appear from the back room and had to be told about shortages. Both days the coffee was empty when we got there. Also one of the 2 elevators was put "out of service" on our second day, and the water was out in the workout room. Attention to detail seemed to be lacking. However, our room was nice with everything working fine; except the cleaning staff didn't freshen our room for our second night of staying.

The breakfast was good . There were choices for breakfast. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the breakfast area. It would have been nice to have a refrigerator in the room to keep left overs. .

I thought there was a hot tub. There was only a pool. the hallways were very hot. Even though it was cold outside, We had an emergency and booking.com would not allow me to cancel a day without payijng for the night even though it was 48 hours ahead. Booking said I could send a message requesting this to the hotel and booking .com would not let me send the message. I talked to the manager and the manager agreed I could check out early without penalty but had no idea if booking.com would adcept this. I have not received a refund and will avoid using booking.com again.

The staff was friendly. The room was nice sized and comfortable. The room was very clean. The fitness room was clean and of nice size. Laundry area was clean and not overly priced. Breakfast was good with options.
