Check-in after a long day went smoothly and was accompanied by bottles of water and warm cookies. We found the rooms to be precisely what we expected.

Great stay! Hotel was being remodeled, but staff was kind and did not have an interuptions.

One week before my arrival I called the third-party to inquire about adding another day. I decided not too extend my stay but the third-party did not change the dates back to the original. Upon my arrival, my reservations were canceled and I was charged. Although I was highly upset, and I knew it was the third-party fault, I kept calm as possible. But the attendant was not very friendly or try to find any solution. All he would say is that I would have to go and make another Reservation.
Also, Construction that was NEEDED was going on right above me and He said if you need any ear plugs ( that was sitting in the open for every to touch) they were free!!!
When I was checking out, I did encounter two others that was very polite

The breakfast lady( sorry I don't remember her name) was very nice and we had a nice chat in the morning, She said she would see about the filet minion I requested when she said if there is anything you need that I don't see for breakfast just ask. Wonderful woman. Oh yeah, the breakfast was GREAT!!!!!

For the price of the room I expected better than lifted carpet tiles throughout the room that I wouldn’t walk on without shoes. Chunks were missing from the toilet lid and there was an electrical outlet by the bed without a cover. The room was clean with the exception of the carpet and the linens were fresh.
The staff were very nice and breakfast was good. They keep saying the hotel is going to be renovated soon. I may wait to stay there again until that happens.

The regional manager had slept in our room lol. After driving 15hrs from Canada, with 3 kids. Not the best arrival. And then they kindly moved us to another room with a clogged toilet. Overall staff was nice and the property is nice but those were two pretty big inconveniences after a long day of travel.

I checked in at 10:40 pm. Only to be woken up to an on ongoing domestic dispute that started around 1:15 am. I called front desk at 1:40am to get help to stop the arguing. It continued even after another patron was told to call 911. Now I have been trying to return calls to manager I’m told she very busy and they don’t know when she can call me back. I feel like I’m being avoided. All of this after a long stressful drive through monsoon and having to fill out paperwork because computer systems were down at hotel.

Firstly, I reserved a room with two queen beds, when the lady was selecting a room for me, her coworker told her to not select that room and to put me in a different room. When I got to the room, it was two full beds instead (made me upset because I shared a bed with a wild sleeping 7 year old) when I got there the elevators were out of order so I had to climb all the way to the top floor. Nice right? Outside of the beds being smaller than what I paid for, the tv was smaller than expected. The tub was backed up so we weren’t able to stand in the shower and wash. I’ve have stayed here before, don’t know what happened with this hotel but they need to do better.

Room needs updated - see that an overall renovation is planned. Brought toilet issue to front desk at departure - toilet keep running (very slowly) and the wall behind the toilet had some mold and was wet.

Checked in at 5 pm and was told the room that was supposed to be available at 3 pm was not available yet and that it would take another 20 minutes until it would be available after waiting an hour I asked to speak with a manager and was very rudely told the manager was “busy” and that I would have to wait. Once we finally got to the room we noticed mold on carpet. Was told only a double room was available mi d you we paid in full for a king deluxe room! Will never stay there again!

Worst Hampton Inn I’ve experienced. Air so loud you can’t sleep, toilet runs until you cut it off at the wall, etc.

Overall I would recommend finding somewhere else to say. There are much better rooms available in the area for the price they charge for the rooms here.
The hotel was average. The beds were fine, but not great. Everything was clean, the bathroom was dated. The fridge rattled and vibrated all night which woke me up every single time.
The charging outlets beside the bed did not work which I unfortunately did not discover until the morning.
Breakfast was average, but no bacon. This was disappointing especially considering there photo of the included breakfast shows a big tray of bacon.
Pool was out of service which I did not know when booking the room.

Employee was not trained efficiently therefore causing our reservation to be no showed. GM would not take responsibility for their lack of professionalism and we paid twice for our stay because of their horrible service.
