Nice big rooms

The fact that the restaurant was shut but not noted on this site as I wouldn't have booked it knowing that it was closed. I also thought the staff were not very friendly

This property is really close to the airport. We stayed here to enjoy our last day in Tennessee at Nashville and to fly out the next morning. We had a very spacious room with a king size bed, a kitchenette area and a nice small sectional couch. Love the layout of the room. Great hotel with great staff and very clean.

I am giving this hotel a nine because when I went to get into the bed, the fitted sheet had a quarter sized old brown stain on it. Despite that, I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. .

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Location was close to airport and shuttle service was prompt and driver very friendly.

Room was filthy. Trash on floors, sink did not drain, dirt on bed, bathroom and bathtub full of rust, carpets dirty. Kitchen closed. We checked out after one day. I would never stay here again. Hotel smells like mildew as well. I am Titanium Elite with Marriot and decided to stay at another chain with one of my new hires. Very disappointed.

The room was not clean when we got into the room the room was .. full of dog hair . I ask it for it to be vacuumed the next morning , they didn’t do it. The gentleman working in the evening came to the room and took care of it himself . I appreciate that from him .

The only thing that I can say I liked is the people working the front desk. They were doing the jobs of multiple people and maintained a positive attitude.

I reported to the staff that my A/C wasn't properly working and the refrigerator wasn't either but maintenance never showed leaving my daughters, wife, and I to sleep in a hot, uncomfortable room. I went to the bar both nights but the bartender was nowhere to be found causing the front desk attendants to do a job they have zero experience in. I was also told that the manager would be giving me a call about the issues I were having and I still have not heard from him.

The only positive thing this hotel had going for it was the evening staff member being so polite, all other staff were rude and unaccomodating. We used the shuttle but at arrival had issues.

The room and hotel advertised is a complete lie compared to the reality. Starting with the shuttle service upon arrival. Shuttle is not named, and nowhere is it advertised that Lion runs the shuttle. I had to call the hotel 2 times for the shuttle only to find out at the 2nd call it was Lion shuttle. There was a rude manager male at check in also when we questioned the shuttle service. Upon entering our room it was completely filthy and an embarrassment to the Hyatt name. My feet were black from the carpet. The wallpaper peeled from the bathroom walls, and there were fecal stains on the carpet. We found lighter pieces and earrings backs on the floor. The hotel breakfast was ok, hubby and I had a bagel. The juice canisters still had their Walmart brand stickers with the "mainstays" logo. Gross! There's no separate bar or snack bar it's a half circle connected at the check in desk. Pool is a square in concrete and nothing like the resort style pool advertised. So disappointed!

The host let us check in early without charging an early check in fee! I notified them we were traveling with our friend who just completed chemo. Great staff!

The room was a nice sized room with a comfortable bed and a comfortable couch. The shower was a nice big shower with glass doors.

The fire alarms that went off twice, once in evening around 11pm and once at 7am. Not a big deal really, things happen but we got NO explanation OR apologies AT all. The bar was supposed to be open until 11 but when he went to make us a drink, the manager told him no, that that bar was closed. It was around 8 pm. Staff not super friendly. No smile in their faces. One guy was fairly nice.

Front check in person. Couldn't get off her phone. More interested in social media than customer service. She could barely look up to assist with a reservation issue. Manager had to help which he was great.

The first room we had the TV didn't work and the room had a musty smell. So the girl at the desk moved us to another room happily. However, the a.c was blowing hot air,so I took out and washed the filter from the A.C unit in the sink and that fixed it. It was so late that I didn't mention it to anyone. We stay there every year, it has always Been good . I don't know if we will go back .

The volume button on my remote didn't work. Had to manually adjust the volume. My second night there couldn't sleep due to another guests dogs barking. The machine was down for Starbucks coffee. Not sure what was going on with the flooring in my room by the air conditioner. It seems to be a hole of some sort.

Great breakfast. The room was very nice. Comfortable bed. We thought from the website that there was a restaurant on-site. It was expensive to have food delivered locally.

The one guy at the desk was not very concerned about taking care of us and asking if we needed anything. He was very hard to understand when he did talk to us. Everyone else was great. There was a mix-up with calling the $10 shuttle bus to downtown the first day which made us late getting our day started, but it all worked out.

Perfectly acceptable hotel stay for a few nights. Room clean, and big Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and healthy options All good 👍

There was no stay for me to speak about a liking

We didn’t get to stay because the property didn’t have a room for us, I booked with booking 4 days before the trip so I guess they don’t frequently check their third party bookings because I did not get a call about a room not being Available. They need to communicate better with third party customers. To drive from Memphis to Nashville and not have your room is irritating as hell. Luckily we found something and also the manager was not trying to come back and speak with me when I was trying to inform him about me not being able to cancel the room because they charge a fee.

The breakfast was really good, they had plenty to choose from. The hotel was in a good location everything was about 10 minutes away.

The room itself was nice and felt very spacious. The breakfast was great and had many options. The location was okay.

The bed was terrible, and our backs were killing us by the end of our 3 night stay. The pillows were also pretty bad, and the comforter was so bad that we ended up just buying one at Target to sleep with. Some of the staff were strange/rude and others were friendly, it really depended on the day. When I asked if I could fill up my reusable water bottle at the cafe, they said I would "just have to buy bottled water." Also, during breakfast, it looked like their was a worker spraying bug spray all around the edges of the walls, which is slightly concerning. The coffee maker in our room was also dirty.
