The staff was very helpful

We were put into a room 2047 the tv didnt work a staff member came to try to fix it but couldnt so we got put in room 2046 instead, the tv worked & everything was fine after that but i didnt like being put in the back again by the freeway 🤔🥴

Quite Rm was very dirty an chairs filthy.floores an drapes and walls very poor.you can see under the door an they wouldn't fix it. Grounds and concrete very stained with food etc. Never again.i won't be back Use clean rooms an clean outside the rooms

The uncleanliness,The many roaches nothing worked in the laundry room housekeeping staff is absolutely horrible because they clearly do A horrible job of cleaning the facility.

The security guard was nice & helpful

The staff was very rude first they put us in room 1053 but when we opened the door someone elses stuff was inside then they put us in 1051 but we couldnt open the door cause it was stuck so we got the security guard to help he told us that there was a certain way to open the door because of previous damage when we finally got inside the T.V didnt work, no microwave, there was wet spot on the floor in front of bathroom sink, damaged bathtub with great water pressure, oh & no roaches thank god, but once again we were placed in the back by the freeway, so the next day we talked to the manager who assured us that she would talk to someone about the incident

It was close to everything

Someone died from an overdose behind us and the staff literally cursed out the guests smh. I’ve witnessed itS they can be very rude

There was NO breakfast. There were drug addicts and prostitutes all around the building and gangbangers. It was quite scary and the police were there 3 separate times during the night. Some man kept knocking on my door asking for help and the security on the property was sitting in his car watching videos on his cellphone.

The room was filthy. Hadn't been swept. Only 1 out of the 4 outlets worked. 2 out of the 3 lamps worked. The bed sheets had stains on them. There was a used condom on the bathroom floor and a piece of foil with black marker drawn on it, not sure what that was but there was a lot of it. 2 pillows with a double bed room. The shower barely ran, no pressure. When. I called the front desk and asked to switch rooms the girl said sorry were booked , your stuck with that sir. You paid for it. She was extremely rude and not helpful. I paid $75!!

It was mostly quiet and I didn't get bothered the whole time I was there. It was actually kinda peaceful and relaxing for once.

NOTHING! checked in got in room door looked as if had been kicked in! it was an adjoining room I did not feel safe! No phone in room ! used my cell to call for a different room and was advised none available. 12am extremely loud music coming from room next door then yelling arguing and physical fighting! called office again from my own phone cause no phone in room and no one would answer after 3rd call finally answered and sent up security.. had to hear security repeatedly banging on door then they left a female that was thrown out of room came back trying to get on banging like crazy on the door! then about 3am a deliver truck a huge diesel parks outside the room banging the doors on the truck repeatedly sat running for at least 40 minutes this is the WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

Location

Rooms were dirty, blood on the chair. Stains on floor and walls. Visible paper and dirt on the floor from previous guest. Holes and missing wallpaper, candy and other unknown materials stuck on the wall. The molding around the door frame was missing on one side with at least a 1 inch gap on the bottom. We were greated by a TV and a very large plunger at our door. After accepting this- we slept on 2 sleeping bags, 2 blankets and had our own blankets on top- I asked the front desk if possible to change rooms. They informed me they didn't have any of the newer rooms clean at that time. I asked if we could be texted or called if anything maybe became available. I was told they get busy, so no, they would not let me know. I don't get grossed out by much, and I absolutely don't complain about much, especially publicly, but that was a horrible experience. Although I saw more shady things than I have since college, the security was pretty great at monitoring and trying to keep things as safe as possible for guests. Overall, I will never stay, nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed here several times and this time I was in one of the larger king rooms and it was very nice

The floor is very cold on the feet some rugs would be nice. There were no towel rods or hooks to hang towels. There was only one bedside lamp two would be more appropriate.

The check-in was easy and the price was reasonable. The room, including the bed, was spacious and very comfortable. I was in a very quiet area of the motel. Parking was ample and the lot relatively secure.

WiFi was down, probably due to the widespread road construction nearby-so not the motel's fault. There were no drinking cups. Floor was a bit dirty.

The area was a little shady but it was OK overall
