Hotel was beautiful and in a perfect location

The room, very small and outdated. Our door had an inch opening at the frame that we could see the light from the hallway. My plugs would fall out of the outlets. For the amount of money, the room was disappointing

great central location to walk to everything, friendly staff, awesome room, they valet your car and we go back every year for what this quaint city has to offer.

Staff was lovely, excellent location, clean facilities, spa area was nice but short hours (8-6) so didn’t really use.

No housekeeping (which might have been ok but they didn’t tell us until we mentioned that our room hadn’t been cleaned). We were then told we could ask for a room refresh, which we did, and they never showed up the next day either. Soap dispensers were not filled. Trash was not emptied. They gave us one coffee pod each (though we’re happy to give more when we asked…but we had to seek someone out to ask!). Bed was not comfortable, room was dark.

I liked the Bed and bathrobe,with nice towels in the bathroom. It was nice to see umbrellas were available. Also the coffee maker in the room with a refrigerator.

There was not any tea as an option.

The room was fabulous. Loved the valet parking, even in a snow storm they were great! The restaurant was yummy!
