Friendly and helpful

The air was very cold in lobby

The pool was open and the water seems to be maintained well enough. Rooms were clean and recently redecorated. Beds were very comfortable. There is an attached tavern. Decent value.

The whole place is a bit dated and common spaces are not super clean. I'm sure the staff do their best with what they have. There seemed to be a lot of people just hanging around and that makes me wonder if the city hasn't contracted to use some of the rooms as an emergency shelter.

Facility is aged.

The property was just a little past its prime. The room had seen water damage to the ceiling at several places.

We waited to check in for approximately 10mins before we were acknowledged. At the time we were there only ones checking in the two people working didn’t even say that they would be with us in a minute

The property is shabby and run down. Located next to a gas station. No central AC - one unit at window. Steps in the hallway that you have to pull your luggage up.

The room was very run down. There was a broken tile laying on the floor by the door. There was 3 holes in the wall that were very poorly fixed. The hallway smelled of rotten food and the hallway carpet appeared very dirty. The hotel is also next to a highway and was not inviting on the outside to its guests.

Shuttle was convenient.

Breakfast floor was sticky...(dirty water must have been used to mop the floor). The oatmeal was completely void of water...extremely dry. cooked food was not hot whatsoever. One shuttle driver was lazy and couldn't understand or speak english.

First of all, our experience at this hotel was terrible. Both my sister and I got scammed at the hotel. So we didn’t like anything about this hotel.

Te staff were very unhelpful and quite nonchalant when we went downstairs to tell them that we found the door open when we checked in. Then, someone from the front desk called our room to ask us for our credit card information because they had two cards on file. It was soooo weird but we didn’t think too much of it. Both cards got charged that same night from different places- we had to contact our banks and block our cards… This entire situation was very upsetting and scary at the same time. My sister and I were traveling with kids so we didn’t feel safe at all. We packed our stuff and left the same night.. The only good thing is that we weren’t charged at all.. BUT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. If you do decide to stay there, stay alert and DO NOT USE THEIR WIFI.

They had a very good breakfast. they was very poor at keeping the room clean. the area was was a good location as long as you didnt mind traveling a little to get to other sights and things to do.

they have a big problem with keeping the rooms clean and fresh towels every day even though you stop at the main desk and ask them too.
