The steamer had mold inside. When I requested a new one, they brought me another one with mold inside. Negligent, disappointing and a health hazard.

Fire alarm came off in the early AM. False alarm of course It rang for a long time.

Le personnel au lobby est charmant et a été attentif à mes remarques. Balcon avec table basse et chaise. Situation proche Waikiki.

Hôtel de type industriel. Très bruyant, aucune insonorisation. Aucun scrupule de la part du personnel de nettoyage qui a 5 heures du matin passe l aspirateur dans le couloir sans oublier d heurter votre porte !! Tout est payant du parking au café. Nous avions réservé 3 nuits et nous avons fui dès la première.

La ubicación fabulosa. Permitía transitar con mucha facilidad, más que arrendamos un auto y su servicio de estacionamiento muy bueno. La habitación de buen tamaño, así como el baño. Fue el más económico que incluía parking y desayuno en la zona ee waikiki, por lo menos cuando hice la reserva.

No saben nada de español y hablan muy rápido, con muy poca voluntad de hablar lento. Además acostumbrados a latinoamerica a desayuno buffet, este lo encontramos muy justo: un bebestible y un plato del menú, si agregabas de pago. El estacionamiento también de pago extra.

Habitación grande y cómoda. Limpieza día por medio. Edificio antiguo pero muy bien remodelada. En Waikiki, lo mejor.

Ruido de la calle tremendo. Muchas sirenas. Vecinos muy ruidosos. Sobre todo dan habitaciones para gente joven cerca de parejas mayores, que van por descanso.

I like the room and bathroom. It was renovated recently.

The breakfast is limited. Not real coffee. Just poured black coffee with bad taste. It would have been better to have real espresso or latte.

There was not a restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel is very well located. Waikiki Beach is only a 10 min walk. There is a public bus (2, bus stop located in front of the hotel) that goes 25 minutes to Diamond Head. The rooms ar very comfortable, the staff is very helpful and friendly. We booked with breakfeast included and wow was the breakfeast good! Extraordinary. Usually you get a muffin and a coffee, but here you get a really delicious sandwich or a fruit platter including a coffee. Really delicious. There is a pool and a gym, both are clean and you can use them almost 24/7.

The hotel is located in the centre of Waikiki, so it is sometimes a bit noisy at night. But still it is worth it! The gym smells a bit like plastic, but if you leave the door open it not so bad anymore.

Friendly and supportive staff

The hotel is within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and outdoor mall. The room was refurbished and spacious. It had a mini fridge which was useful. Check in was fast and efficient and the staff was always friendly. We always felt safe returning in the evening.

Although the bed was very comfortable, it was very difficult to get a good night’s rest due to the noise from outside which was very loud. The garbage trucks at 4am were especially annoying. Our room was on the 11th floor and it felt like we had our windows open on the first floor! Parking was also very expensive and not included in the resort fee.

The location is great-away from congested touristy part of Waikiki, convenient bus stop at the hotel front, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, modern decor and eco friendly. Love the balcony. It is a great neighborhood hotel.

The bed was too soft for me. Depending on how close the room si to the street and floor location, it can be noisy for light sleepers. Not a lot of amenities but for the value, it is perfect for us.

The staff was phenomenal and the location was close to most things. We walked everywhere but to the aquarium. I appreciated the location and everything that was around the hotel such as restaurants, other hotels, stores, fun little trails and more !

The property didn't have everything listed online, such as bikes that were accessible on the property. The website listed bikes on a first-come, first basis with two hours free and the next hour 5 dollars an hour; there were no bikes on the premises. There were also no beach chairs to use which was listed on the website as well. There was no access to an ice machine, so we had to reach customer service to get ice. Rooms are only cleaned every two days, and the cleaner only cleaned part of our room. Only one bed was made and both beds had stuff on it, but only one bed was made. During the three nights we were there, there was an event at the pool for two days, in which we were not allowed to swim and have access to the pool. Lastly, there was no sauna which was sad.

Front desk staff was out of the world fantastic and accomodating! I wish I could remember the name of the slender long haired woman who was there at check in and then helped me the next day when I needed to get key for our companion room (needed for credits at Beach Candy shop) ... she is deserving of an extra shout out (she has kid(s) and would love to take them to visit the Smithsonian museums in D.C.)

Don’t be fooled, do your research. As other google reviews would reflect, very mediocre. Unfortunately, I don’t have many pros to share. Rooms are ‘newly’ renovated but quite poor quality. The walls are paper thin, can hear the conversation in the room next door, even the wincing of the bed… The sliding door was old and the winds coming through kept us up. Rooms were cleaned ‘every other day’ though we still had to follow up and continually request this. By cleaning, this meant bed being made and towels being changed (not the sheets). Our doona cover was wrapped in 2 sheets and even after a week we had to ask 3 times for our sheets to be changed. We asked for our room to be vacuumed as there was still sand and hair from previous people (this request was not fulfilled). The simplicity of complementary coffee/tea was only received after 1 clean (I believe this was supposed to be supplied on the daily). There was a resort fee of approx $45 a day though this wasn’t explained nor clearly stated when booking. This resort fee is quite pointless as nothing was explained to us - not even the basics such as what level the pool or gym was located (not specified on lift either). On our second last day, we asked the cleaner for Q-Tips, she returned with other amenities like a shower cap, toothbrush and razor, we appreciate her effort though these would have been nice at the beginning of our stay. On our last day, we were offered a ‘free beer’, as this is apparently included as a ‘perk’ of resort fee. Again, this would have been handy info 10 days ago. Staff were friendly but seemed as though there was lots of miscommunication which becomes very frustrating. In hindsight, Very poorly managed and not worth the money. I’ve been to Hawaii a handful of times and this experience has sadly left a foul taste in my mouth.

Location was good and the room looked exactly like the photos. We had a partial ocean/city view room with a king bed and sofa bed. We really enjoyed being able to sit out on the balcony and just enjoy the view.

Room service. We stayed 6 nights and room service was supposed to come every other day. They only came once in the beginning of our stay and didn’t change our sheets because luggage was on the bed (that was our bad and do appreciate they didn’t move our things), however they never came back the rest of our stay. I did request room service and they never showed. I eventually got someone to bring us some fresh towels and more TP but that was all. Overall, that was really our only complaint.

Miscommunication between reception and housekeeping- delayed shampoo supply, room was serviced very late. Lack of sense of security, public can have access to lift without room key.

Las instalaciones están renovadas.

No hacen las habitaciones diariamente, ves que no es verdad y cuando preguntas a los empleados te aseguran que el segundo día sí y no la hacen… pasa otro días más sin hacer la habitación y finalmente no las hacen hasta que no te vas. Nosotros reclamamos y nos hicieron una cortesía de un día por la queja, cuando se ahorraron todos los días de limpieza. No cambian ni las toallas, te las cambian solo si las pides. El parking es muy caro. Nosotros aparcamos a los alrededores porque en las calles colindantes se puede aparcar gratis. Las vistas a la ciudad en nuestro caso, es un edificio pegado, nada de vistas, da a su propio parking y las vistas al mar es un trozo de mar mínimo entre dos edificios para ser claro. Yo creo que la gente vuelve por la poca oferta de hoteles económicos en la zona, pero francamente no merece la puntuación que tiene, lo único que se salva son las instalaciones.

Beds and pillows!!! So soft, fluffy and crisp! Decor was awesome! Pool was great! Avocado toast was amazing!!! Trust me…. Order it!

Lanai: Was an awesome size. Wrapped around the corner but had to stand up to see anything. Furniture was just too low. Noise: Trash truck @4am (loud and clear on 14th floor), Roosters (but it is Hawaii), housekeeping (our room was right by the elevator and housekeeper door). Kitchen: CLOSED on 2nd day.

A huge amount of parking fee was charged without CLEARLY letting me know prior to my check-in, they show me the payment reminder the booking.com confirmation email has, but it was obviously no intend to let customer to be aware for sure, the font size is small and parking fee was at the end of the long email, low key want customer to miss it to be honest
