Location and cleanliness!!!

The hospitality

Pool area was small

The Valet guys were AMAZING. So friendly and the most helpful of all the staff.

There we’re definitely some sort of termite eating the furniture in our room and the room just wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. The wooden portion of the flooring was sticky and the carpet definitely needs a good thorough cleaning. House keeping definitely seems to do a rushed job. Maybe they’re under staffed though.

Excellente location in Waikiki! Quite street just next to the busy center.

Parking was full so had to park elsewhere and parking outside is very expensive. Recommend guest reserving the parking place in the hotel before arriving.

Very expensive valet parking even though we stayed for 2 weeks had to wait for coffee downstairs not refilled on a few occasions

Easy to access to the beach and shopping. Very convenient go to dinner and grab a breakfast. Room was spacious and fancy but little bit feeling old partially.

The hot water didn’t come out when I wanted use it at night. But the problems was solved by next day.

The hotel is renovated and clean. I booked two rooms and both clean. But I changed the other one beacause it has cockroach

The other room had cockroache on the kitchenette

Super friendly staff with excellent customer service. The pool and pool bar were great.

I wasn't expecting the view of the construction site.

when I checked in late at night they would accept card numbers for the bond or any of my cards and also didn’t let me give a cash bond almost refused my stay till I kicked up a spit and let me pay cash bond of $300

The location is perfectly

The customer service is very bad, one lady in the cashier tried to charged me resort fee when I actually already paid through my booking. Good thing I doubled check my receipt. And there were fire alarmed in the middle of the night and everybody were running outside , making all the guest incovinience and staff acted non chalant and didn’t even apologized or explained what happened. I would not stay in this hotel again. The staff were shady I thought I was being scammed.

The location is excellent, walking distance to everything in Waikiki.

The hotel was in a good area, a 3 minute walk to the beach and on the end of the main strip of shops and restaurants in Waikiki. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a leak in our room and they were very apologetic, washed my clothes that were wet and gave us complimentary access to their terrace room - this was a nice room with good views on the top floor and free drinks/small snacks. The beds were comfy. It was helpful to have a fridge in our room.

The bathroom was dated in both the rooms that we stayed in. Also only some of the rooms have been refurbished as per their website so our room did not look as modern as the ones in the photos. The pool is also much smaller than it looks in the photos and we did not go in it as once there were a few children playing, there was no room for anyone else.

Location was good and staff was friendly.

Facility was too old while it was renovated. I could hear all the sounds from outside and around the room including shower, closing door, walking, coughing, etc. so could not sleep well. There was water leakage from ceiling on a rainy day. Not a pleasant facility to stay.
